Naustkroa has a terras overlooking the water/fjord. It is nice and a quiet while the village is rather busy when there are a lot of tourist. Beside the wonderfull view and the nice place they also serve a good lunch. Having the local showder was heaven. If you want to have a view at the street live they also have... More

Naustkroa offers casual dining fjordside. We come here for the pizza which is a real treat. The seaside dining terrassse offers nice views of the fjord and surrounding mountains.

We recently spent a day in Geiranger while on a cruise, as we had seen the Naustkroa was recommended by other tripadviser travellers we looked out for it when we were there. Lucky that we did as I don't know if I would have been drawn in if I hadn't already seen photos on the net! But once inside you... More

Simple outstanding pizza, we were very hungry so thug we should go for large option- for 2-3 people. It turned out really big and we just managed to finish between 2 of us . The best thing was that the place is opened late in eve ( till 11, which is quite late by Geiranger standards). Very well priced and... More

Friendly and efficient service, local sausage was good, meatballs ok. A relaxed atmosphere and the pizzas looked good.

We were looking for a 'no-hassle' food experience where we could get served quickly with food reasonably priced and cooked to a high standard. For us two, Naustkroa fitted the bill. We were seen promptly, drinks arrived quickly as did the food. I had the vegetarian pizza and my partner had the meatballs. Both meals were cooked well and moist.... More

We ate there at the fast food counter. Typical fast food restaurant. We have not tried the restaurant where you can sit and enjoy more choices (like pizza, etc.)

Really enjoyed our dinner at Naustkroa this evening. Great atmosphere in the restaurant - casual, just what we were looking for. Had the local sausage and fish chips, plus the yummy Naustkroa sundae. Dinner for 2, with 2 Pepsi's and 2 desserts came to 486 NOK ... pretty reasonable for our Norway experience so far.

After doing a heavy hike we wanted to get some energy providing food. We sat down and had a pizza and spareribs. The restaurant serves very large pizzas for 1-2 persons or 2-3 persons. The pizzas are very richly topped and are quite the meal even for one very hungry person. The pizza as wel as the spareribs were very... More

We went to this restaurant somewhat late in the evening, when we came back from a tough hike. We were hoping for a filling meal, and got exactly what we wanted. Although the restaurant was a bit crowded, even around 19.30, the service was quite good. I enjoyed some very tasty spare ribs, served with the restaurant's own special Jack... More
