Four if us tried this hamlet restaurant, and were pleasantly surprised. The staff were welcoming, and the prices for the quality we thought was well calculated. Our lunch, with wine and two courses, came to around 22 euro per person. The artwork on the wall was more interesting than normal, and the bathrooms clean. We will return. Advise: arrive for... I never imagined that there was a bad pasta dish in Italy, we found one here. It was a typical thick pasta of the region, the sauce was gummy and unpleasant, unforgivable. Two others had a ravioli that was good, but just OK. The service was fine and our waitress pleasant. But food very disappointing I am sorry to report.

Very good food and friendly service. The young waiter and waitress made up for my lack of Italian and helped us though the menu. I particularly liked the idea of selecting your wine from the cellar, a very nice touch.

We have left this restaurant for our last diner before our departure from Anghiari. It was a really nice and pleasant final of our great one week stay in Anghiari. We had a great selection of bruscettas as a starter. For main dish we had tagliata with potatotes with truffles and parmasan - delicious, fresh pasta with truffles - great,... More

This was a good restaurant, good food (a bit cold by the time it had all arrived) and good value, however when we had the chance to go back to the two restaurants we had eaten in Anghiari a second time we chose Da Alighiero

We had delicious food, a great setting, lovely wine and brilliant staff. The waiters were so helpful, helping us find a taxi back to our remote villa, and laughed with us about our friend making a reservation under the name James Bond and helped us improve our Italian. The ravioli with porcini mushrooms is grand!

No surprise that this is down as Anghiari's best restaurant, firstly as there is not much competition, but also becuase it really is one of the nicest around. Food mostly local dishes, as is usual (don't look for "spaghetti bolognese") so all excellent quality, and also wide choice of wines. Staff very friendly and some English spoken. The bread given...
