Spent the evening here after reading good reviews, only us and another table but hey it's a Tuesday night and still in low season here, enjoyed the pasta primi immensely, fish secondi was a bit limited choice but cooked well and the bombetti secondi was a bit dry and tasteless, deserts very nice, overall meal was expensive for the quality... We were recommended this restaurant by the owner of our accomodation at Casa Terre Mare ( an outstanding house to rent in Ostuni)! We were impressed as soon as we entered the restaurant. The prettiest place I have ever eaten in.The service was impeccable, so kind and quiet and unintrusive. The food was Devine, and wine selection was fab too,... More

A beautiful town in Puglia, and without a doubt its best restaurant. Home-cured salmon carpaccio followed by the most extraordinary (real) caviar tagliolini. An amazing meal!

Fresh local produce cooked with love and talent. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their wonderful food and wine. Would love to have returned but they closed for holidays day after we discovered it!

I went to this restaurant with a friend who lives in Ostuni who highly recommended it. It didn't disappoint. The restaurant is in to parts, you enter into the bar area where you can dine, but this leads through to a spectacular rock cavern which is the main part of the restaurant. The menu was not huge, but the choice... More

We dined here and found the entire experience to be excellent. The ambiance was charming and historic. The staff was extremely friendly and took time to explain the history of the building. And, of course, dinner was amazing! We look forward to returning to this wonderful restaurant on our next trip to Ostuni.

My friends and I had dinner at Cavour while we were in Ostuni, the food was so delicious, we went back for lunch the next day. My favorite dish was the slow-cooked artichokes with parmagianno and fresh shaved truffles. Does not get any better than this. Until you meet the waitress, Alexandra. Wow, she gave us a complete history class... More

Once you enter the elegant coffe-bar you can't imagine to be a few steps away from one of the oldest olive oil factory of the area. A few steps below street level a cave nowadays hosts the restaurant. The kind waitress explained that it used to be a hidden underground olive oil press (frantoio ipogeo). The whole Ostuni was born... More

So tasty and comes complete with info about the olive oil making that took place in this exact location many years ago. Fabulous pasta and fish! I ordered the local fish and it was spectacular!
