An evening to be remembered with stylish food and service. You get a French style cuisine on a Greek Island and it brings a different flavour to your expectations. Jean- Jacques and Jean-Luc are very attention-ate to details and make sure that you have a great evening.

We went to this restaurant as it had good reviews and it was a windy evening and some other restaurants were too exposed to the wind. The garden is really well designed with the candles and lighting, great for a romantic meal. The staff are all really helpful but leave you alone to chill out with your meal. The food... More

The food was exquisite, we both had the sea bream ravioli which was gorgeous, and followed by steak and the lamb which were both cooked to perfection and were superb, especially the potato gratin. The service and setting was great.

The setting and the service were fine if a little snooty. The starters were wonderful, as they should be for the prices charged. Half of a group of ten or so people ordered Scottish Angus fillet steak. It took me a minute or two to realise that the orange blob on my steak was butter, as by the time it... More

The standard here is always high, with a fusion of French and Greek cuisine. The setting is unique don't be put off by the long sloping entrance once inside it is an open air restaurant in an old town garden, paintings adorn the garden walks and the tables are well space and immaculately dressed and you can be sure of... Run by two pleasant French gentlemen. Set in an arty super cosy garden. French dishes of gourmet nature with a touch of a home cooked meal, absolutely delicious and well presented. The ambience is wonderful. Good wines selection. Highly recommend!!! It was a very pleasant dining discovery during the last visit to Paros

This French themed restaurant featured a pleasant staff and an exciting menu that offered a little something different than most of the restaurants on Paros. I had to laugh a bit when I noticed "Texas" steaks on their specials board. A bit odd to come half way around the world and see a local island restaurant advertising meat from my... More

For my birthday we looked for a special place to have a festive dinner. We heard that Le Sud was this special place and it totally exceeded our expectations. The two owners - French - are so nice, passionate and dedicated. And with a good sense of humour. The food is amazing. Creative. Passionate. Delicious. Don't think you should only... More
