An exquisite restaurant that is well known to local friends we were visiting and who had selected it for our farewell dinner. One of the very best culinary experience we have had anywhere, on multiple continents. The 40 euros menu was well balanced and allowed the four of us to explore many variations, all very appealing. My own selections, with... More

One of the best restaurants in the area. The food is excellent and well presented. The service is very good, discreet and professional. We spent a very pleasant evening and will be retuning as soon as possible.

There are also more classic French dishes for those who want (home-made foie gras, meat, fish, etc...). Delicous everything, every single thing is homemade (even including their sorbets) which is cool for such a small restaurant. The... More

Chevrese is a very charming small town about 30 kilmometers from Paris. This little restaurant is in the centre of town. An old fashioned fireplace greets you as you walk in and the host owners are gracious and friendly. The menu is classic northern French cuisine and each dish is beautifully presented. Between the four of us we enjoyed oysters,... More
