Lunch at La Bajadita was just going OK. I asked for the Rolled Fish Filet with shrimps in sour-sweet sauce. The fish was ridiculously small for being served in Mancora and overcooked. The fries were not homemade. So I wasn't happy at all... Until the Dessert came. This time it was the Lucuma Crumble. A masterpiece. I have almost tried... More

I arrive to this place with my wife to get a coffee and dessert, they never gave us the list so I took it and when we were ready to order I asked this guy that looked from Argentina or Uruguay that we were ready but he seemed too busy with some girls on the table next to us, so... More

Food is great, staff are attentive and friendly. Brilliant location just minutes from the beach. If you're in Mancora, go!

We had takeaways for our large party several days during our stay, and were never disappointed. The Lemon Pie, Tres Leches, and cheesecakes were especially popular. I didn't personally eat in the restaurant, but the kids who went to pick up the desserts loved the brownie and ice cream.

We went here from reading all the good reviews but found ourselves extremely disappointed. The waitress couldn't be bothered, the food portions were really small and not good value for money. I was really looking forward to a dessert that the reviews have raved about but instead we were given the bill as she cleared the table, it was only... More

The best place to visit if you have a sweet tooth or a craving for something sweet during your visit. We ordered a few different desserts to share.

Aftr being travelling for almost 6 weeks and not having a decent dessert; cheesecake cravings had well and truly settled in! We had been reccomended this place so after lunch one day we popped in to treat our sweet tooth. Starwberry and mango cheesecake were our choices. Although very good by Peruvian dessert standards- I was a little dissapointed to... More

Rude waitress, limp and rotten salad, small portions, high prices, and street front seating made for a dining experience so terrible it became comical. After ordering what should have been enough food for even the starving we were still hungry, so we decided hey, why not try some of their famous desserts. Well, that chocolate cake may have been called... More

It's the only place around you'll get a good desert or sweet, so they charge whatever they want. Also service is not very friendly.
