Food was just ok and not cheap ($60 for 2 small lunches). Service good but not worth it. Location and scarcity of other restaurants the only reason to eat there.
We wanted a reasonable place to have dinner with friends. This was not it. One pasta dish had velveeta as it's sauce. So did my tostones. It was $80 for 2 kids, 1 adult meal, and 2 really bad apps. This is not where the locals eat! This is where hotels suggest you go all the time. Beware, many of...

My family and I stayed at the Rio Mar and the concierge recommended Guava's for dinner. It was a wonderful experience. We made reservations and upon arrival our table was ready. However, we asked to be seated upstairs b/c we had children with us, and they were very accommodating. We had the top floor to ourselves until another family had...

We liked this restaurant. Manager was super friendly and the nachos and food were to die for. Had a leak in the roof which was being caught by bucket in middle of floor, so that was a little strange. But service was very good and I would definitely go back.
I'm a mofongo NUT. I eat it every chance I get. Theirs is ridiculous. It's sandwiched between two heavenly pork chops. Unreal. Can't wait to find a reason to go back!! :)
Great atmosphere off the beach in downtown Luquilla outside Rio Grande. Friendly staff and fun atmosphere. Food selection is focused on more surf than turf, but the surf is worth the visit! Had the Mahi Mahi over coconut rice with guava butter sauce, and it was fantastic! Wife had the jumbo shrimp and angel hair with garlic cream. We recommend...

I ordered the Dorado and it was perfectly cooked and came with salad and mofongo. The tres leches cake was out of this world! Service was very good and friendly and you can't beat the view!
Great food, wonderful service, be sure to ask for the outside dining as it isn't widely advertised. Fantastic views, good service.
Food (ceviche) was ok for bar food, but the real star is their guava microbrew. Get it by the 12oz bottle or in a 750ml bomber to take with you to the beach! They also have live music if you go later in the evening Fri-Sun.
