Went there with the recommendation of a local. She was right. From the minute we pulled up the staff was there to help. Sat us down(5) within minutes. Waiter came right up and got us our drinks. Recommend the margaritas. Very good with just the right amount of tequila. Food was very good with the right portions. Our waiter was... More

My husband and I lived in San Juan for four years and often drove out to Luquillo Beach on the weekends. We usually tried to stop at Lolitas afterwards for some delicious food. We always had good service and can't complain about the food or drinks. Fun, casual environment.

I was stationed in PR twice... 80s and 90s. First time ('87) was just as good as this time in the new building. It had just been finished when I left the 2nd time around '99. Nachos supreme are a must. Get your own plate too. You will want more if you share! :-) Enchiladas cannot be duplicated elsewhere ANYwhere... More

When I was stationed at Roosevelt Roads in the mid 1990's, my friends and I were regulars at Lolita's. Their food and service were excellent, and the prices very fair. Their Nachos Supreme were like little works of food art, and they made the most delicious margaritas I've ever had--before, or since. I believe they were recognized for their margaritas... More

Lolita's is not hard to find and it's on south side of PR3, Google maps did not show it right. There are a few spots of parking in front and the building is lit up with a large sign. This is a nice family restaurant with great service. If your nervous about leaving your resort to explore other restaurants, don't... More

First of all, let me tell you what Lolita's is not... This is not a pretentious, upscale, modern, fusion restaurant. If you are looking for refined and elevated cuisine, go elsewhere. What Lolita's is simple one thing: DELICIOUS! Lolita's menu is very simple, yet with dozens of combinations. You can get tacos, enchiladas, flautas, burritos, nachos, quesadillas and more. All... This is my favorite restaurant on this part of the island. If you're visiting Puerto Rico or even if you live here... this place is a must go. If you're a meat lover you should definitely try the "churrasco" and the super nachos, i highly recommend it. On the other hand, if you're vegetarian they have lots of yummy options... More

This is what Mexican food was in the USA 15 years ago. Sauces and refried beans tasted canned. Very disappointing dining experience.

We were ready for a switch from our quest of eating Puerto Rican, so headed down the highway to Lolita's. It is a little tricky to find, and if you pass it you will need to do a couple mile U turn to get back. Food was reasonably priced and plentiful. My wife and I shared a chili rellenos and... More
