Like so many other small towns we have been through, the locals are often the last to know and fully appreciate sometimes that there is a cultural gem in their midst, next door to all the usual ubiquitous and may I say bland eateries. In our (family of four) opinion this Bistro and Cafe is definitely far ahead of the... More

Great food! Exceptional and friendly service. A gem in Perth-Andover. The food is delicious and the owners are courteous. We were amazed by the atmosphere, the music and the food. A definite recommendation!

Basically the food is incredible and I loved it. My wife and I decided to try this restaurant out while on vacation and it was so good we made sure to go back the very next day. I look forward to the next visit! Try it for yourself.

Greg and I were feeling peckish, having taken the very early ferry from Grand Manon and then driven through the country-side and then along the Trans-Canada Highway. At Perth -Andover we decided to stop for lunch. There was a Tim Horton's by the highway but for a change I suggested we look for a place to eat in the town... More

There were seven people in our party and everyone loved their meal! The menu has enough choices for a casual or more formal meal. They handled my three allergy issues with great care and the food and service were perfect for our needs.

we go through New Brunswick every year, and have got to the point that we plan where to stay so we can eat here. Charles, the chef, is very original in the way he prepares his dishes, but always way above average in taste and presentation. His wife, who runs the front of house, is also a treat -- very... More

For the second summer, we have enjoyed this fabulous restaurant. On a nice day you can sit on the porch with a view of the the river and be served by very friendly people who treat you as they are family and cook for you as if you are royalty. The menu is full so of many appetizing items that... More

My friends and I were travelling through New Brunswick last Friday on our way to PEI when we stopped in Perth-Andover for lunch. One of my friends had received a recommendation for a restaurant, which we later found out had closed 3 years ago. After some debate over going to the Pizza place, the pool hall, or the Subway, another... More

I am originally from P-A and was visiting from Ottawa last week with my husband. We decided to try the Bistro after my friend told us it was "some of the best food" she's ever had. We were NOT disappointed!!! We loved our meals and the patio atmosphere. I really think the Bistro has developed a brand that works. We... More

We were driving down the Trans Canada to PEI, a 9 hour trek. Saw the sign for Perth-Andover, where a colleague grew up. Stopped in based on a TA recommendation. Very good menu, and lovely lunch. Ham and cheese croissant for me, rice noodle shrimp wrap for her. Great view of the river, and lots of bikers. Only issue is speed.... More
