Went for a drink after a meal elsewhere. We were made to feel welcome and the real ales and coal fire made for a very enjoyable evening.

We went on a railway journey to malaig which was included in our national coach holiday, what a beautiful journey. We found this Inn up a side street and were pleased we did.The couple running it were lovely and the food was delicious. A family and dog friendly pub and an open fire. What more could you ask.

I had drinks and dinner there with friends during a trip to Mallaig. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful and the place seems to be very busy. The food was good but considering that it's a fishing village I was expecting better quality at a lower price than what's available in Glasgow for example. It's definitely one of... More

A fantastic bar/resteraunt with great food and huge selection of single malts. A brilliant B&B option can be taken, the rooms are well presented and a great full Scottish breakfast will be presented to you in the morning. What really makes this place are the owners and the staff, they really are second to none and go out of their... More

Stopped in for lunch on holiday this past summer. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was very good too! If we are ever in Mallaig again, we would definitely go back.

We chose this place because we could smell the coal fire. Upon entering we found a cosy friendly atmosphere. The waitress was friendly and explained to us the meaning of the restaurants Gaelic name. The food was delicious and plentiful.

Had a delicious, perfectly sized, meal of fish & chips while waiting to catch the ferry over to Skye. Log fire and a half pint of cider topped off the perfect meal with Scottish tunes playing in the background and really excellent service. Desperately want to return for one more meal! :D

Great food, even for these people (like me) who do not eat seafood. I even ordered a bit of tomato sauce to have with my hamburger, because it was sooo delicious... Spicy, but not that much. The music selection was also great!
