Great find

Friends visiting Teignmouth booked to take us out for a meal. Very accommodating and welcoming staff. The food was excellent & there was a good wine list. Had a nice alfresco lunch here whilst on holiday. Good quality food and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would happily return.

Discrete and efficient service. Impeccably polite. Superb fresh food and great value for money. We will return!

We made this our first port of call having travelled up for a day out. The weather was on our side so we managed to get a table outside. Luckily the seagulls didn't seem to be too hungry and we managed to avoid being pickpocketted! We ordered up at the servery and our lunches were delivered promptly. A range of... More

We ordered the mini cream tea. It comes with just one scone (but it is very large). Jam and cream, whichever way you prepare your scone (jam first, cream first) in sufficient quantity to cover both halves of the scone. If you are feeling hungry, you can order two scones but for most mortals the mini tea should be enough.... More

If you enjoy dining out then this is the place to visit. This was our first visit and we were not to be disappointed. In very intimate and tasteful surroundings and with an extensive menu I am sure that there is something to suit everyone. Whether it be Ialian or English dishes there is more than enough choice. From starters... More

We arrived at about 14.30 tired and hungry. The Breakfast was still available, so my wife and I decided to indulge ourselves with a standard and a large breakfast, whilst outr daughter had just scrambled eggs on toast. The food was all freshly cooked, hot and tasty, with large portions and prepared more quickly than expected. Food rating 5 star.

I have visited the Dairy Maid over a long period and recently tried their Sunday roast lunches on two Sundays. They were excellent value for money with generous amount of meat and five veg. The meat is usually a choice of two that vary from week to week. Being licensed a glass of wine can be enjoyed to accompany the... More

This restaraunt has changed hands and is nothing like it used to be when owned by Robin and Mark. Staff couldn't be bothered to help us get seated, then never came to take our order. This was last year when it first changed hands. We got up and left in disgust and have never been back. We have lived in... More
