Love the ship, food is fabulous so so fresh and local. Music is top! Atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming, the most amazing setting. Great family place - beach, crabbing, boats and music 👍👍👍!

The bar man was unfriendly and our drinks order was such an effort for him to deliver. The food was poor quality and expensive for the small quantity we had. Jacket potatoe with prawns was a mean effort...would not eat there again..

Always a good meal here but Fish Friday has got to be the best in town! Lush! Two meals for £18, you'd be mad to miss it!

Always a great welcome, excellent service and good quality food. The menu has plenty of choice with daily specials available.

THE place to beer for a South Devon Sunset over the River Teign !! Very popular watering hole in the summer, loads of Music events throughout the year, both inside and out.

Visited this pub for lunch on a Sunday, it's in a great position right by the sea wall. Admittedly there were 8 of us but the food order was mixed up and the mussels which should have been in cream sauce were without the cream as they had run out unfortunately the sauce was tasteless and that spoilt an otherwise... went to the ship for the Friday night fish and chips special, and very good it was too. Proper chips on the side and a huge portion of fish. Service was was very friendly and efficient. Possibly the only down side is the price of the beer which is getting closer to the £4 mark, but I can't fault he... More

How many pubs can you buy a beer and sit outside on the beach. The Ship Inn is an historic traditional pub and I recommend anyone visiting Teignmouth go and have a drink in the Ship. Live music often at the weekends both inside and outside the pub. A nice bar and good food served. Friendly staff and all in... More

My friend and I came in on Friday lunchtime (7th November) having not been in for ages, and were really impressed. We were served at the bar by a really nice chap and the girl who was dealing with the food orders was lovely - really pleasant and friendly. I had cheesy garlic bread with a side order of chips...
