Efficient and friendly staff very good sea food, and not to expensive nice seating, but not luxurious. I think that on weekend nights, you best make a reservation.

We tried out this restaurant twice during our holiday in Zeeland, as everybody deserves a second chance... But both times we were disappointed. First time round we had the sashimi/sushi platter which was not bad. Our main course was gambas tempura style. This should be a light dish, but unfortunately the tempura batter was way too heavy and the dish... More

Platter "Fruits de mer" is worth special mention, but even "fish and chips" were one of the best I've ever tried (really fresh cod, both fish and chips not too oily, nice veggies). The price / quality ratio is excellent. We were five there and shared same opinion - it's worth every penny.

When you are in Zeeland you must go to a fish restaurant in my opinion. On TripAdvisor I found De Visbar. Located in the small central street of Domburg it was easy to reach on a rainy evening out of the holiday season (but I guess that will be different in the holiday season). The restaurant is modern and appealing.... More

The food is certainly overpriced. We went for fish and chips and got three rather small pieces of cod with a heap of chips and a little side salad for around 17 euros. Definitely not worth it considering that you can get the same for around 10 euros with much more fish and less chips. The waitress was nice, though.

My husband and I are traveling a lot and we are therefore dining out rather frequently. This has been one of the best restaurants we have ever been to. The food is fresh, light and tasty, the chef has great ideas to offer the "well-known" with an interesting twist, the personnel is super friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is... More

The saying "If you want fish fresher, you will have to catch it yourself" certainly applies to the Visbar. We had the Roasted Dorade and the Cod, both were perfect in freshness and cooking time. The Dorade is baked vertically on two stainless steel spikes in a bath of rock salt. The cod was lightly bread crumbed and roasted. Both... More

Bad food. Doubt the fish was fresh. Think it was from the deepfreeze. Spinach was still frozen! Personnel was very kind and offered us free coffee to compensate. But unfortunately we' ll never go back.

Having visited Domburg annually fir the last ten years we finally decided to eat here - previously it was called Mondrian and it looked rather too posh. Service was fabulous with super-friendly waitresses, warm atmosphere and great food. We will certainly visit again and recommend it to others. We do still consider the B-Hotel out favourite place in Domburg though.

We ate here on a saturday night with a group of friends. We had soup as starters and both the fish soup and the tomato soup were very tasty. We then had all different types of fish and all of them came well prepared and nicely presented. Again all of them were very tasty. The service was friedly and discrete.... More
