The meal here was amazing, excellent price and more than excellent service, will definately be back! The staff were a good laugh and fantastic with our little boy. Also the Galician bread with garlic mayo was WOW!!

We have been eating at El Gaitero for over 10 years - NEVER disappointed - NEVER had a bad meal. Ramon and his staff are LOVELY, always accommodate your tastes and always serve with a smile and a joke. Excellent service, good quality food and a welcome back every time. Last week we ate there 3 of our 7 nights... More

Came across this lovely restaurant tonight. Very welcoming, beautiful meal and nice atmosphere. Staff very attentive and at the same time not rushed. Much nicer than other better known restaurants in the resort where you have no space between tables and over priced. In El Gaitero you have lots of menu choice, children welcome also and very well looked after.... More

Not the nicest of settings but friendly staff. Not lots of choice on menu but the the spicy sausage starter with garlic sauce and fresh bread was very tasty. King grilled prawns for main was not very adventurous but cooked well and enjoyed a lot. Good kids' menu.

My friend and I found El Gaitero on our first night on holiday, and went back a further two times during our 6 night stay. The owner and staff were so friendly, couldn't do enough for us, and the chef came out of the kitchen every night to see if we'd enjoyed the food and to tell us a bit... More

The waiters are very nice, and the food is good but my favourite part was always the honey rum after the meal with cream and cinnamon. So much so we filled up on the stuff at duty free coming home. The restaurant was also very near to our hotel which made it convenient and I was fascinated by the to... More

Large restaurant, with average food....suprised by its rating on Tripadvisor. There was nothing wrong with the food but it wasn't that good that I would return again.

We have been using this restaurant for ten years and I can honestly say every meal has been perfect. Raymond the owner and his staff cant do enough for you, so if you want good food and service give it a try.

Reasonable food and very good service especially for families. However there was nothing very memorable about the meal for me as the grilled prawns were tasteless.
