NOTE THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED TIL SEPTEMBER 13. WE got there on their last night. as some reviewers stated before, some pretty old fashioned food but very tasty and fresh. If you are here for a few days it is worth a visit
we heard about don quijote from another couple and went next night we did not have a reservation but were made welcome on arrival the service was excellent the food was great and the presentation was fab we really enjoyed the night
We enjoyed a meal here, we got a table but several people were turned away later that night. The menu is a bit of a throwback to the 80's, prawn cocktail, beef stroganoff etc but its built up a strong client base who seem to just come back every night, most are in the 50+ age bracket. Ate here once during our weeks stay, service was quick, staff were nice and food was nice good menu and plenty of choice .
We recently ate at this restaurant on the power of previous reviews and I really was disapointed.
The menu is quite long but seemed to have a real love and draw towards popular 70's... 80's dishes such as chicken cordon bleu, stroganoff, breaded pork chops, chicken curry etc.
I ordered the peppered steak (through sheer lack of anything else that...

We picked this restaurant due to the reviews on Tripadvisor but when I saw their extensive menu I got a bit hesitant. Restaurants that try to please everyone seldom succeed. But we ordered one meat and one fish dish and both were good. Not perfect but far better than average. Nice and friendly staff and a nice atmosphere in the...
