Rare Beef Heaven

Carnivores who like their beef charcoal grilled and red and cool on the inside will be thrilled with this family-style dining establishment. We were seated at a long table that could seat about 18 persons. The table was positioned in front of two grills, one of which was used tonight. The menu... read more

A truly unique experience. Sit on the terrace upstairs and have the full Dario treatment from Tuscan sushi through bisteca a la florentina. Then, take a walk...

It's a pre-fixed menu and you will see why when you see the small space they workout of not to mention its a communal style dinning experience. I am definitely NOT a fan of communal anything (enjoy my personal space) at Dario's it totally not only works it catapults the overall experience. I figured Dario's would be pretty touristy (such... This place is the beef capital of Italy . It gives Australian beef a good kick in the pants. Charcoal grill steaks cooked to perfection, tender , moist , and served by friendly staff who obviously enjoy their job. We were welcomed on a holiday weekend without a booking and squeezed in. Try their butcher shop below , cured meats... More

Good food nice wine great company. To all the naysayers on tripadvisor soak up the experience of eating at a communal table, eating good food and stop being precious about elements of your meal. This is a butcher with pizzaz enjoy it it's something you will remember unlike the local trattoria and it's ubiquitous pasta and pizza

This marked my 4th visit to this mecca for meat lovers….but I have to say that the quality of the steak wasn’t that great this time. I hope that it was just an off day because it’s really a fun place. It’s touristy, but I don’t like it when you feel like you’re a tourist, food quality wise.

Your drive through the woods is alone fantastic...when you get there you see something between a butcher shop and a tavern. Everyone is joyful and as soon as you enter the "party"begins. Two huge tables are set and are full of plates with local delicacies and of course wine...Macdario and Dante lead the "ceremonial dinning experience" and you lead you... More

You have to come here: one of the great Italian experiences. Staff are friendly but not deferential, food is superb and the owner is deservedly a legend.

Quite an experience! More meat than you can imagine. And so much fun. Be aware that most of the meat is served very rare.
