We came here for brunch by mistake, as the restaurant we wanted to try was already closed for the day. Although the food was fresh and the lemon veal delicious, the staff appeared to have some sort of an attitude. Both, the elder lady and a young guy that work there were doing Anything but coming to our table and... More

Located in the mini square of Panzano. Service and ambiance left a lot to be desired but the homemade ravioli and buratta appetizer were delicious and worth returning for. The wine wasn't bad either.

Set in the small square at the entrance to the town of Panzano this appears to be the local meeting place! A great selection of snacks , wines by the glass and a good menu too. Ideal for spending and hour or two enjoying the atmosphere

Read about this place in the Lonely Planet Guide. Planned a drive to taken it in for lunch. Beaut. Sat outside at the common table and spent a delightful hour eating, drinking and talking to an English couple about the meaning of life. Need a burger in Chianti and love talking to strangers about life? Don't think. Just go here.... More

Last time we came here we had a great meal, but last night we were very disappointed. The bar area has a local vibe about it,and a good selection of wines, but as others have said, it is not cheap. My meal was terrible,a piece of dried over cooked veal, with a uninspiring salad and a couple of chips. The menu is very... More

Picture arriving from Rome & lucking a table in the Piazza just on sunset... chilled vino bianco... Mimo's fabulous cooking, the local dog Whisky begging attention, & the chatter in mostly Italian at the surrounding tables. This is our 3rd visit but a first in the Summer. A very friendly place to prop & take in the Panzano atmosphere.

We have been here since years; during each stay in Tuscany we spend some time here at he Baldi Bar. Nice place to sit, excellent wines, good food - this time also. But if there is a waiter who treats you in such an unfriendly way - not a word too much, did not look at you when he served... More

Found on the edge of the central piazza in Panzano, this enoteca comes highly recommended, and with good reason. With a good selection of wines and nice location, it was easy to pass an entire afternoon there (although our decision was made somewhat easier by the sudden torrential downpour we caught in!). However, the food was a little pricey for... More
