Well this place is visited because of the amazing setting. It is very expensive and the food is average if not the worst in the area. Also the 10 Euro cover charge is extreme and I'm sure they charge it because your in the door and know you have come mainly for the views. Even the locals said not to... More

We first arrived at the entrance to this restaurant, just after it closed at 2:30. We returned later in the week, on the way to Bari, to board the ferry to Dubrovnik. What a great location! And great seafood, too.

We felt that we had to go here as we were staying in the hotel and had seen photos. It was amazing and I am so glad that I did. The menu is on display in the foyer of the hotel so I knew that it was expensive but there were a few surprises when we went down. There was only... More

You cannot fault the setting of this place. A restaurant carved out of the rock, looking out over the ocean with a little mini cave inside. It's proper magical. The interior design is great, you can't fault it there. However. The food isn't up to scratch and it isn't cheap. Starters and mains were all around the €30-40 euros mark.... More

The place is spectacular! However, the food was not that great and it was very expensive!!!! I think it is worth going there before or after dinner at sunset to have a view drinks and maybe an antipasto. And that's it. I recommend people to go because of the fantastic atmosphere, but do not have lunch or dinner there. Get... More

We decided to try this much talked about restaurant. The setting is simply stunning, a place we've never experienced before.. I must say it has an awesome ambiance that is unmatched by any other restaurant I've been to before. The service is professional but too serious.we didnt feel at ease.we would have preferred a more casual and friendly approach especially... More

The service is not polite and serious like you would expect in a very charmy and expensive restaurant. The menu is poor and the food is not worth 30-40 euros per plate. The most disgusting part was that they served a small entree for free. it was a small glass with lattuce and some tuna sauce that tasted like the... More

The absolute best location for us to dine in ever! Just superb, from the long stairs way down at the hotel entrance, till you reach the cave where the restaurant stand in front of the beauty of the Adriatic Sea. The menu' a la carte offers even meat...but obviously in a "Sea Cave" you want to eat fish. The service... More

I can only assume this restaurant has changed given the other poor reviews. We think that happy staff respond to happy people and we were thrilled to be in this amazing place. We expected 'average' food and were delighted to find that the food was fantastic. We booked well in advance and got everything we hoped for - and more.... More
