If you got money to burn, it is amazing

Place is stunning, literally in a cave over the sea. Beware of the heat, it is hot and humid inside and men need to wear long trousers. It is not good value for money as you pay mainly for the location. Food is nice and service is quite posh.

It's a beautiful place to visit but not to eat, service was okay but could be better as well as the food. The view and the experience was amazing.

The restaurant has a historical and undoubtly fabolous location in a cave facing the sea. The food is great Apulian quality and you will certainly not forget having dinner there. We werent too happy with the service: when we asked our waiter to take a pic of is, he literally said he has no time. This answer was more than... More

This is the most overrated and certainly the most overpriced restaurant that I have ever visited. I cannot even understand the few positive comments regarding the location. We went at night and the place is dark and actually felt quite dank. If you went in the day and sat overlooking the sea, it might be slightly different. The food is... More

Come only for the setting. Spent the entire meal picking fish scales out of our mouths - gross. Service was awful. Obviously, they know people will come for the setting, but it's a shame that no one there cares at all to make it the magical experience it could be. Prices were obscene. Even for good food, which this was... More

I saw this place on trip advisors top 10 restaurants to visit and immediately wanted to go. We were visiting Italy a couple of months later so we made sure that this could be included. I booked by email from Australia and was given all necessary information and advice by Fisher (who is in charge). The dress rules and expenditure... More

Loved everything about this restaurant starting with ambiance, then wine, then food & service. I did not experience any pretentious wait staff and the food was good. Yes, you would probably pay less at a different location, but view compensates.

Service is good and the food is not bad, but you need to wait to be served. We had a great time and we all agree that it was worth it.

Go for the spectacular view but eat as little as you can. The food was truly horrible. I do nt know how they do it. Salad was wilted fish was dry. We didn't even stay for dessert.

We read the reviews, but decided to try this place anyway as it was a once in a lifetime opportunity. It is horribly overpriced, subpar food and awful service. We did the Essence tasting menu and I took one bite of my main course -- a slab of branzino dunked in tomato sauce with 3 olives and two tomatoes --... More
