We were directed to the Osteria Mat (or Matt) by the owner of Hotel la Villa. It was in a passageway located in a 400 year old building. We sat on a rooftop terrace and it was Magical! And the food was great. I would like to review it

Delicious food

Easily missed, but worth seeking out, it's quaint little restaurant serves delicious food in a traditional setting. The risotto is to die for. Only reason for not giving 5 was that it lacked slightly on background noise / music, and in a room with only 5 tables it seemed like you could have heard... read more

Good tasty food.nice atmosphere and open till late. We ve had better meals in italy with nicer staff but definetly enjoined our meal at Ca de Matt.It was a bit pricey. Most important we didnt feel that its a tourist trap and it was open till late when everything else was closed.

We went to dine there 2 times in a row..first time we had dinner outside in the terrace. Both times the food and service were excellent..prices were very reasonable..the chocolate cake was to die for..in our opinion it was the best dessert we ever tasted.. during our visits we took pasta. .meat and fish..all of them were extremely delicious. Thanks

Excellent food and service. Lovely surroundings. Highly recommend. Look for the signs as it could be hard to find. Well worth it. Rooftop or inside dining.

This place is a bit hard to find , but worth it . we sat outside at the back, and you sit in what looks like the castle ramparts. The house wine is ideal in a carafe, but they have a great wine list. Starter of porcini noodles and friends had porcini reason. Second was wild boar and chestnut pasta,... More

Located down a back alley it would be all to easy to miss this little gem of a restaurant but it's well worth seeking out. We dined here on 2 of our 3 night stay in Gravedona. On our first visit we arrived just before 7 pm without a booking and had our choice of table on the upper floor... More

This restaurant is a gem. We ate upstairs on the terrace and the two servers were very attentive and helpful. The restaurant is tuck a couple blocks away from the lakeside, but there are good signs on the street to follow to find it. The house wine was double the price of the other restaurants in town (we still got... More

Another restaurant that's difficult to find, up an alleyway, and climb some stairs, but worth it, as it provides good quality Italian food.

Went here on recommendation. The food was good although a little limited for our two young children (7 and 5) they needed more to eat after the meal but they are not very adventurous in their food tastes. Service was quick and friendly. If it wasn't sign posted we wouldn't have found it! Small restaurant so booking is recommended.

The food was good. We sat outdoors, the terrace is lovely and comfortable. The place is easy to find if you follow signs from the end of the the village main road (towards Domaso), however you really need to look out for it to find it.
