We stopped here late in the day. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The menu had a reasonable range of meals on offer and the specials board had an array of additional options. The portions were a good size and shouldn't leave you hungry.

Our second night we tried the bridge bar on a Monday evening. It was pretty busy both at the bar and for meals but we got great service. Cold draft beer, good selection in menu and lots of specials. Pork roast was delicious, fish and chips v good. So far great meals in this town, sad to leave!

Second night eating in the Bridge Bar. We visit every year. This year the food was the best! Grilled haddock, salad and chips with COLD Harp beer. Great band #Squawkabout.

My husband and I were told about this restaurant by the owner of a nearby BnB. She was correct--the place serves a lovely dinner! The wait staff was friendly, professional, and prompt in delivering our food--which was excellent! Nice atmosphere, too!

Visited here at 7.30pm on a Monday evening as it was within walking distance of our B&B and had to wait a few minutes for our table. There seemed to be a lot of staff who were rushing about non-stop to keep up. The service, as a result, was excellent. The food was really tasty and the portions were huge.... More

The fish was very good, and the chips very well done too. Sitting outside when the weather is fine in a busy fishing port is a good experience.

After a wonderful trip to Valentia Island during our drive around the Ring of Kerry we stopped in at this pub for lunch. Very pleasant bar with friendly staff and great food. A welcome stop for all before heading to the chocolate factory for dessert.
