Besides a great atmosphere, I found the staff a bit rushed, the place is worth a visit on a sunny day and the view is gorgeous of the sea. Good service in general. A good place to watch the children play on the grass in front while having a drink.

We had dinner one night at The Pink Elephant. What a wonderful restaurant located out in the countryside with beautiful views. The food was fresh, locally grown and fantastic.

Watched two small sailboats sail out of the harbor at sunset while enjoying our dinner here. My husband had delicious Crispy Pork Belly and I enjoyed Fisherman's Pie filled with several different seafoods and topped with mashed potato. Nice wine list and very friendly wait staff as well as locals dining next to us. Spent 45 minutes after dinner getting... More

My husband and I visited this restaurant twice during our recent trip to Ireland. The views from the windows facing the bay were absolutely beautiful. We found that the food and service were equally lovely. I had the pork belly (photo enclosed), which was delicious. My husband had the hake fish. Both were very good, as was the apple crumble... We made a booking at the last minute, then got lost and arrived late, however that was no problem to the restaurant. Excellent service, food delicious and an amazing view from the dining room.

We went to the Pink Elephant for dinner as it was the only close option to our hotel. The views are amazing and it would be a wonderful place to have a drink and watch the sunset. However the restaurant itself left a lot to be desired. First off the décor and ambiance was lacking, dining room has no character... More

Nice restaurant with upscale food and drinks but reasonably priced. Service was good and the food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce for dessert.

Have had several meals here recently, and enjoyed every one, I would rate the food as very good and the desserts as EXCELLENT! The staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful and the location is superb. If its a nice day, there is lovely outdoor terrace looking at the beautiful view and it is a great place to bring guests. Love... More

I visited this restaurant the weekend before last with friends. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and my friend also had her 2 year old daughter. When we arrived we looked through the menu and the waitresses were very friendly. The starter was just amazing. I had the salmon. I then had beef for my main course... More
