And starving ? Go to the Pink Elephant. A charming place, with very friendly people and great service. Plates are generous and food is good. No pretention there, and you will be vey well treated. I do recommand it.

The location is beautiful, as is the restaurant. It was a busy night, do service was a bit slow. The food was good, but the price was high for little better than an ordinary meal. Will not return.

We were after a long day of driving, and being used to eating local irish food we had no expectations coming into the pink elephant. This place completely surprised us, and it turned out to be one of the best meals we had in Ireland. The food is excellent and the dishes are creative, beautifully served and most importantly delicious!... More

We are regular visitors to the area, I decided after three years to give the pink elephant a go! We shouldn't have bothered, The man who looked after us could not have been more obnoxious if he tried- after thirty minutes of waiting on our starter with four children we asked where our food was- the girl advised that the... The Pink Elephant and its proprietor were like an oasis after a very long drive to get to our nearby B&B. We stopped for a beer that afternoon, and came back later for a lovely dinner at a table overlooking a beautiful view of the lake. On our afternoon stop I was even lucky enough to be allowed to play... More

The Pink Elephant is NOT a burger place, but I am on a quest for the world's best cheeseburger and so far it's in Ireland.

Everything View, food and staff all excellent. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel at home and welcome. My brother and I spent 20 days in Ireland and this was a true highlight to our trip. Oh and also where my brother learned to love Murphy's

A nice place to have dinner, food was very good. There is also a nice waiting area to have a drink before/after dinner.

Excellent food, stunning view across the bay and personable crisp, service. My parents regularly drive down from Cork to eat here and are consistently complimentary, this my first visit certainly reflected this.
