We had the lobster bisque and the risotto and they both were good. Same thing goes for the desserts. Portions are good size and the prices same as in most of Ireland. But, the views were great as well as the kind and helpful staff. Free and fast internet was a plus. Ok, ok, I know you do not go... More

Had late lunch/early dinner here recently. Beautiful spot. Beautiful scenery. Relaxed, children allowed to play in garden. The food was good but very overpriced. The menu specified that meals can be adapted to taste but when we requested not to have veg on plate we were informed it had to be served that way, so the veg was wasted . The... More

I wouldn't call the Pink Elephant's food or atmosphere "sophisticated" (it is, after all, called The Pink Elephant), but it's clean, cozy and comfortable, and the food is quite solid. Very fresh, very local. My wife is still talking about the strawberries. The "manager" is actually the owner; a witty and engaging chap who clearly loves what he's doing, and... More

After a rough day, the manager greeted us, gave us a few beers and sat down to talk with us about our travels. The food was served in more than generous portions and the views from the patio were stellar. Well done.

Food was very good and more plentiful than expected, just didn't, like being pounced on as soon as you walk in.

We booked by phone for dinner and this went to plan. The Pink Elephant is in a stunningly beautiful position with costal views from the bar & restaurant. It was possible to eat in both. Drinks in the bar and dinner in the restaurant for us. The menu was varied and using local fresh products. Staff were friendly, helpful and... More

This is a good restaurant and well worth the visit either for lunch or dinner. The menu is excellent and the fish is local and fresh and perfectly cooked. At the right time with the right staff on duty it can be an experience too! Good wine selection and resonably priced for the top quality fare on offer.

The food and drinks were great. We hand a great conversation with the bartender and one of the locals.
