After trying numerous restaurants in the local area and not finding a German one that stood out, Le Marecage did after the first bite of salad. My husband loves the Parmesan schnitzel and I love the steak nautilus. They might not understand every word of English but they are friendly and the food is amazing.

This is a very nice and clean two-story pub/restaurant with a great local atmosphere. I was traveling alone on business and had dinner seated at the bar by my choice. I ordered a large salad that was wonderful. The owner or manager read the menu to me in English and was helpful.

nice pub restaurant in town. Friendly staff. Menu in German, but they translated it twice for us. Food good, but not the quality of Olmuehle. Didn't take American credit cards.

Based on other reviews, we tried this establishment. It's an interesting place, the people are nice, and the salad was very good. However, the schnitzel wasn't better than average, if that. I would go back to hang out and have a beer, but not for the scnitzel.

I love this little restaurant. In my 2.5 years here it is my favorite place to go out. It is one of the few restaurants I will return to over and over again. They have a small family atmosphere with great food and excellent service. They do not have English menus, but all of the staff speak English and have... More

The jagerschnitzel is just excellent - and the pork medallions in Rahmsosse are incredible. This is where we take out of town friends. Stefan knows what he is doing. Prosit!

We ate here because our hotel restaurant was closed. It was more like a bar/club than a bona fide restaurant and was too noisy for our taste, but I am sure most people would not mind that. The welcome and service were friendly and the food was good basic cooking.

The food is good but very expensive. I think we are Amy's already ripped off. The user is often not passed by.The ambience is very cool. The prices were very high.

Our evening had a rough start as we went to another restaurant out in Schwedelbach and while everyone who entered after us received service, it seemed we were invisible. At the risk of seeming like pushy Americans, my husband (in local Deutsch) told them that we were happy to go somewhere that would appreciate our business. WE FOUND A PLACE... More

We have eaten there a couple times--once as a couple and another as a family of four. We like this tucked away restaurant in Landstuhl. Seating is on two floors. The food is good and the service is good as well. We will probably eat there again.
