Les Alizes is one of the best restaurants in Le Crotoy. It is a reasonably priced gastronomic surprise.

The deco is nice, romantic. However we found the food heavy with strange combinations. The very fine burbot was served with chorizo killing the fish taste. We didn't find any link to the rizzoto served on the same plate. We were not impressed.

Les Alizes provides a superb dining experience in the unpretentious northern French seaside town of Le Crotoy. This very small establishment (about 18 covers) run single-handedly by a husband and wife team is housed in the dining room of an elegant 19th century house a short walk from the harbour. Décor delights with its good taste, food is imaginative, plentiful,... More

We were delighted with our meal here again, the dining room is an experience in itself and you are made to feel more like a guest for dinner rather than a customer. However the food is the star - so original and delicious. Wonderful combinations of favours although I would have to agree about the occasional over use of sweet/savoury.... More

Staying a week in Le Crotoy, we had done the tour of the bars and restaurants in town and we found this was the only one we wanted to eat at. In fact, we were rather intrigued by this restaurant in the owners' home run by an ex-patissier and his wife. As others have said, the location is truly superb.... More

In a well restored and tastefully decorated town house, the pretty dining room is situated between courtyard and garden. The three-course menu at €27 consisted of a choice between three starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts or cheese. The food was perfectly executed and presented. Great flair was displayed by the husband and wife team in the use of... More

The owners welcome their guests in the living room of their charming villa. The owner is an accomplished chef The food is inventive and delicious. The rabbit crumble with hazelnuts was wonderful. Do book well in advance as space is very limited!

This restaurant serves delicious food from a very attractive old house in Le Crotoy. In the winter it is only open a few days per week (possibly Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday) and in the summer more often. The menu is quite small with three items on each course but offering a good variety. It is open for lunch as... More
