As usual food was brilliant. Restricted menu as part of deal to include room and breakfast but very enjoyable.

I just wanted to thank the whole team who welcomed us at the restaurant. It's not the typical restaurant where you would go with a group of 16 of which 9 children, but from booking to sending a away, the whole experience was just great, welcoming and hugely enjoyable for everyone. Having taken the lunch formula (with still sufficient flexibility),... More

I'll review the hotel separately under Hotel l'Atlantic. We are no strangers to La Liegeoise for we first went there just shortly after Alain Delpierre set up this restaurant almost 20 years ago and this is our fourth Christmas at this restaurant. Le Liegeoise is set in a large first floor 1950s style high-ceiling well-decorated room with ample glazing to... More

Being only a 20 minute journey from the Shuttle terminal this place was always a contender for a re-visit. After such a great meal the last time I came, I was half expecting it to disappoint. No need for concern. The five course tasting menu at €58 delivered great flavours and variety of seafood. Service was again friendly and attentive... More

We had a truly memorable meal in La Liegeoise on Saturday night. We both chose the Promenade en Mer with an additional course of pigeon. The starter was a perfectly seared scollop followed by oysters (which I don't generally like) but these were cooked in a light frothy sauce - delicious. We then had red mullet with sesame seeds, followed... More

Situated in the Hotel L'Atlantic, one of two resturants, is currently part of a deal offered by Eurotunnel. Alongside a cheap day return on the train, there is an offer of a 29 euro lunch or dinner...3 courses with a glass of sparkling wine from a set menu. However, since this is a full gourmet resturant 3 courses were added... More

This restaurant is all about style over substance: the highly professional service, the expensive décor, your wine kept on a separate table, the simple yet intriguing menu, and the beautifully presented food all lead to think you are in for an exciting gastronomic experience. And yet, every dish I and my eating partners ate were, at best uninspiring, and at... More

This is one of our favourite places to eat in Wimereux. The food is excellent. Definitely worth a visit for a special occasion.

After two nights eating elsewhere in Wimereux (we missed the fact that the restaurant is claimed on Sunday and Monday nights), we had high expectations of La Liegeoise. After a bit of a shaky start, with waiting staff rushing about and the maitre d' fussing over some regular locals, our menus and aperitifs arrived and we chose their Promenade de... More
