Ok but a little expensive for what it was

We shared a large BBQ pizza and had two soft drinks and it was $26, admittedly the pizza was very nice and so large that a 3rd of it was left but it just felt a little expensive for what it was. The Pizza menu is vast and you can take out if you want, they were all kind enough... read more

You're better off with a frozen pizza from BM. The crust isn't fresh. The marinara sauce tastes more like ketchup with salt. The cheese on our margherita was a sketchy yellow-ish color with no taste. I know there's not many options for pizza in this area, but don't make an epic mistake by turning to La Fogata. Not sure what's... More

I've been going here for years and it's always good. I especially like the extra sauces to dip the pizza in.

This started out as a small "mom and Pop" kinda of place and has evolved into a great restaurant and hotel. When in Costa Rica one needs to have patience and understand that it is what it is. We call it Pura Vida.

We had the pesto chicken pizza and the prosciutto pizza with a crispy crust. They were so good, we had the pesto pizza twice more, once at home and once in the pizza parlour. Eating there was fun because we watched two iguanas and several birds while we were there. It's a lovely place.

Upon arriving at this resturaunt, we were told we could not sit at a table in the dining area and were seated at the bar. The dining area was not full, and locals who arrived after us sat themselves in that area. We were then told there was no pollo asado that evening, which was what I was planning on... More

The staff here was just super kind to us, and the recommended prosciutto & cabra cheese pizza was fantastic! The breakfast, with its omelet station, fresh fruit and juices and always-wonderful Costa Rican coffee, was delicious and just what we needed. We will be back!

Pizza and salad was awesone.. home-made taste and made from base up. Only minus was ammount of people looking after tables which translated to 1hr wait for the food.... but if you are nit in a hurry... the p, ace is just for you.

We love this open air restaurant, delicious food, speciality drinks, ( or good wine, if that's what you'd like). We love the pizza which comes with 2 condiments on the slide. One is red pepper oil to drizzle over your pizza if you want more heat and the other is garlic butter. Yummy.

The roasted chicken is second to none in the area, and the value is the same - you won't find better value than the pollo entero... and I love the pico de gallo. If pizza's more your flavour, check out the great selection - all cooked in the wood fired oven and fantastic. Highly recommended!
