Good pizza

We ate here one night while staying in Uvita, as we wanted something a little different than we had been eating the rest of the trip. We ordered a medium pizza and it was just the right size for the two of us to share. We thought that the pizza was actually really good although the service was not... read more

Good food, but very expensive. For price of this pizza You can eat 3 times in local restaurant. But if You are looking for this kind of food, this place is the best in town.

Just off of the highway, south of the Uvita BM grocery store, the restaurant is on one of the roads that leads to Marino Ballena Park. The restaurant is large and easy to find. The pizza was good, quite large, and there are many interesting toppings to choose from. There is no alcohol on the menu however, and ultimately this... More

The pizzeria is just off the main highway 34. The thin crust pizza was delicious. We tried some unique new tofu type toppings. The pizza and appetizers were great. I would recommend it for anyone in the area.

We went to La Fogata with friends who have had very good meals here previously. Unfortunately, this time was not a shining example. The food was not well prepared. It was bland, and the pasta was either over-cooked or under-cooked depending on the dish and pasta type. The BBQ chicken was ok, but nothing special. The location and restaurant itself... More

MANY options for pizza (maybe too many selections?--menu had so many options it was slightly confusing). We had take-out, which was also great that they had this option. Also appreciated small, medium, large sizes. Medium was perfect for just the two of us--nicely done thin-crust pizza for the middle of the jungle in Costa Rica!

After getting ripped off in Quepos for pizza, we tried this place on a friend's recommendation. The pizza was tasty, the service very friendly, and the price was fair. And they had WIFI. After a morning at Marino Ballena, the icy cold Cokes went down well, too.

This was the 2nd worst meal we had in Costa Rica and it was far more expensive than the one meal that was worse. Perhaps I'm a pizza snob but the pizza was terrible. The crust seemed like a regular tortilla that merely had some toppings thrown on it with a whole boat load of cheese and then run through... More

We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of seating. The staff was courteous and prompt. We went there for pizza and found so many options it was hard to decide. Since I am vegetarian I was pleased to see a whole page of veggie pizza choices!

Food was good, but the uniquely CR custom of 2 ice cubes continued at the restaurant... Food was solid good , but not a drive out of your way good. Service was solid
