During our 4-day stay in Jambiani we wanted to try out different local places so one evening we went to Racoco. Rashid is an excellent cook, his coconut crusted fish was just so tasty! We also tried the spice tea which was prepared with a variety of spices and frankly, I would love to know what he put into it!... More

the restaurant is cosy and clean but set back a little way from the beach. We had an excellent lunch there - including great prawns, coconut crusted fish, chicken and calamari. Rashid is an excellent host and was able to cater for our group of 15 with a few hours notice. He can be contacted by phone or email.

The seasoning was nice and the different tastes exciting. Overall a cozy and friendly atmosphere. The owner, Rashid, is very service minded and has... More

We were there to have lunch as we passed by. Food is excellent and the price is fair. The owner (Rashid) has created a nice garden with typical plants of the region. They prepare fresh and tasty juices and they also have fish-samosas which is quite difficult to find.
