Great food in a perfect setting

Our best dining experience on the trip so far. The food was quite simply superb. The experience is well worth the drive to get there with the wine tasting an added but very worthwhile bonus. highly recommended

So salty I had to send the dish back. No reimbursement or substitution for the return. Overpriced, no entree under $26 to start with. No satisfaction in food or service.

We were staying at the Burrowing Owl guest house so natural to have dinner there. Even though we were enjoying the view from our room and poolside all day it's still unbelievable the view from the restaurant balcony. I had the soup of the day, mushroom veloutte, which was amazing. I had the lamb sirloin for an entrée and my... More

The Sonora Room at the Burrowing Owl Winery was a wonderful dining experience both times we went for lunch. Ally was our waitress; she is very professional yet warm, welcoming and friendly. The scenery is as spectacular as anywhere, with a thunderstorm booming by in the next valley. The food was wonderful - rich with subtle flavors and textures, accompanied... More

Probably the best service we have had so far on our 4 day vacation in Osoyoos/Oliver! The food was amazing! Super fresh and seasonal and great portion sizes! I highly recommend the pulled brisket sandwich and the fresh first of the season spot prawns. Stunning views while you dine al fresco and quality and service to match!

Enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Sonora Room. The service was impeccable and the food was amazing. We enjoyed the beef cheeks and the halibut (special). Everything was well prepared and paired nicely with the recommended wine!
