Nice food, shame about the waiting staff!

This was our first visit and probably our last, we waited approximately 20 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us and even then there was no welcoming smile, we had to call her to our table to order our drinks as she was quite happy ignoring us! The restaurant has a very antiquated feel with... read more

This is a great central location for exploring Desolation Sound and Savary Island. We stayed three nights in a hotel in the oceanfront deluxe room. This was an large room with a big covered deck overlooking the Marina and the view out to Hernando and Savary islands. The room has a very comfortable king-size bed and large bathtub plus shower.... A great way to complete a day in Lund, relax by the water and watch the sun set with a cold beer in hand and good food.

Good place for a pint of local beer after a day on Savary Island. Good service with a smile and you can watch the world pass by in the harbour.

Pub food carefully prepared and served. Good selection. Great views. We would go back if we were in Lund again.

looks older, but room we stayed in was updated, clean and suitably priced for the bust summer season. We would stay here again.

We came out to sit on the patio on a beautiful sunny afternoon and were less than impressed with our food. Our appetizer prawns were $16 and very clearly not fresh(when you could almost spit into the ocean from the deck) and bland. My entree was a chili lime chicken such taste like the chef poured on some Frank's red... More

The food is not overly creative, rather basic and blah, however, have a beer and enjoy the view and watch the locals and visitors interact. The view of the boats/docks is fascinating as it is a busy little harbour. I found the staff very talkative and friendly and willing to share information on what to do and see in Lund(you... More

There is a lot going on around this historic old hotel and it's fun to sit and watch all the boats coming and going from the balcony. Not much happens at night so we had a restful sleep in the beautifully appointed ocean view rooms.

I will first start by saying we had a beautifully renovated room with a wonderful view...we were very happy with it...However...the cleaning staff was not up to par...we had to actually call to have our room cleaned properly as the first attempt only made the bed and nothing else....Breakfast was not the greatest either and we found all the staff...
