Food is fantastic as is the welcome. We have eaten there a number of times and it has always been the same. The duck with peppercorn sauce is beautiful!!!!!

I went there with my partner after looking at good places to eat in Cowbridge. We live in Cardiff, enjoy eating out and are always looking for somewhere new that has good reviews. I must say we weren't disappointed, it's a lovely quaint, traditional, friendly country pub. The service was great and our fish and chips was lovely with light,... More

I can't recommend highly enough!!! Everything from the decor, the staff, the food, and the atmosphere is brilliant, would ring ahead before going as it is a busy, but they always try to accommodate, but even just go to have a drink it's well worth it, we went on a nice evening and sat out the front in the sun,... Came across this lovely pub whilst looking for somewhere for a bite to eat. The staff were really welcoming and friendly, and the pub was nicely busy with a good overall atmosphere. There was a nice menu with plenty to choose from, plus a specials board. The food was home cooked and the portions were generous. My partner was disappointed... More

A proper pub! Real ales, fantastic staff & service, homely food to warm the heart and belly! All at affordable prices. Beautiful exposed stone walls, wood burning stove and lovely atmosphere all contributed to a really nice experience. We will definitely be visiting again, whether just to sample some local real ales, or for a meal after a day out... More

The meals were well cooked, we had steak perfectly cooked medium rare with saute potatoes, and cheese bacon burger with chips. Friendly service and the meals arrived promptly. The only minus point was that the chips would have been better if they were homemade and fresh cut not mediocre catering chips. Also the burger bun was a generic sesame seed... More

I visited Red Fox Pub with my family for the dinner. The Welcome was warm and very friendly. The staff knows how to greet their customers and make them feel comfortable. Their sense of humour and efficiency were great and every place should learn the magic of their Customer Service. We have ordered the signature Burgers with chips. It was... More
