Been here loads of time, never disappoints. Lovely relaxing place, manager is very friendly and always makes a point of coming over to say hello! Staff are great food is beautiful last time I went I swayed from my usual pizza and had braised steak, cooked to perfection. Prices are great value too.

This is my local haunt and LOVE the place...or did. I've always loved the menu which for a small restaurant was always more than sufficient. I have never been disappointed before. I heard the menu was changed and thought maybe it was just to keep things fresh with a few changes. No. The entire menu has been overhauled with the... More

If you like continental -type, especially Italian, food, you'll love The Back Shed. The pizzas are extremely good and again, it is one of those places which is very child friendly early on in the evening. later on there is music available downstairs.

We have eaten here several times recently. I have been impressed with all our choices so far. Last time I ordered the starter nachos, the portion was huge and every bird delicious. My other half ordered the specials and really enjoyed them. We have yet to try dessert as we are too stuffed after the mains. I like the atmosphere... More

We stopped in for dinner, they happened to be slow that night in the dining room that is upstairs. Got a 12" pizza to share and it was pretty good. I could see how service may be lacking when they get busy but we didn't have much of a problem. A nice change if you're looking for something other than... More

Called in for a meal after leaving daughter off to the airport and I went on Tripadvisior to see what was available in Antrim. Was happy with reviews of food so we popped in and were able to get a table on arrival. Shown to our table by a guy who appeared to be the owner/manager? A few spare tables... More

We go to the back shed on a regular basis and the food and service is consistently good. Great menu for little ones and with their beat the clock deal between 5 and 7 where you pay for your main course what time you order it's great value. Well worth a visit 😃

We ate here (business trips) several times over a 3 week period while staying in Antrim...at least 5 times I recall. The staff were always friendly and helpful, food was served hot and salads fresh. The pizzas are excellent - the bases are perfect and teh toppings are full of flavor. Also good is the steak and stilton. Next time... More
