Great place for coffee or light lunch

Four of us popped in here on a Saturday lunch time. Not too busy. Services was fast & helpful. Sandwiches were well filled, panini really tasty. Two of us had to opt for the ploughmans as there were no gluten free options on the menu. We were given extra ham/Brie to make up for the lack of bread... read more

Tried 'em all in Rochester and this one is my regular choice. Not many places you can drink decent coffee in the shadow of a cathedral and watch the world go by.

It is my assertion that Puccions coffee franchises located at some railway stations in the South east of England make the worst coffee I've tasted. It has an unpleasant tang lying within every sip.The coffee I half drunk here had that same tang. The staff were friendly and helpful mind you.

Brettingtons could learn a lot from their coffee house. I have been many times and always had good food and good service.

I went for Afternoon Tea with friends - one of them having bought a coupon on Groupon. A waitress showed us to our table and then swiftly returned with pots of tea and a delicious selection served as part of the afternoon tea. Sandwiches, scones, delicious tartlets and cakes - I would recommend a visit after a leisurely stroll through... More

Delicious afternoon tea dainty sandwiches and cakes as well as tasty scones with jam and cream. Children offered more suitable drinks other than tea! Offered to box up our leftovers for us which was very thoughtful. Friendly and efficient service. Lovely clean environment Would definately visit again

Been here a few times with colleagues for coffee and cake or pannini. Friendly staff and a good menu. Nice location by the cathedral.

Stopped here for a coffee and pastry this morning. We were served by a friendly (and rather entertaining) barista. Coffee was good (so we had two!). Toilets were clean and very nicely done, if that's your thing...

Popped in here for a little pit stop during a little stroll around the town. Lovely little place, good atmosphere. Staff are sometimes a little off, not quite rude but they seem to want to be elsewhere. A tad expensive though, we ordered two slices of cake, a hot chocolate and a tea, which came to about £14. The same... More
