One of the very first coffee shops in Rochester high street with very friendly staff and very good quality coffee. Cakes are fine too but not the best (but i am being picky). still a place i never hesitate to go to. Very cosy too.

We have visited the Rochester Coffee Company on several occasions and have always found the staff very pleasant and the coffee very good. Ideally located close to the short stay ‘Cathedral’ car park, the premises sit opposite the Norman Cathedral located across the High Street, and if you are fortunate you will be treated to the sound of bells being... Comfy seats, quick and polite service and wonderful coffee to boot, what more could one ask for. Next time we visit we will plan to stay there longer and have something to eat.

We have visited many of the coffee bars in Rochester over the years and this is now our regular haunt. Why? Great Coffee, good food and the friendliest of staff. Your coffee/tea is ALWAYS bought to your table and all the staff are unfailingly polite. Jackson & Abi run the team very professionally and remember their regulars. The shops on... More

I only ended up having coffee here because Deaf Cat was busy or wasn't open. At both time the coffee was dreadful. Once it was so hot it burned my tong the other time it was so week I could hardly taste any coffee. If anything this place needs some staff that actually knows how to make a proper coffee... More

After trawling the high street for a coffee shop with a spare sofa (as meeting friends) I came across the Rochester coffee company which was virtually empty and had plenty of sofas. Unfortunately I had a pram and there was a short steep set of steps in the entrance. I waited at the top for a couple of minutes while... More

I come here weekly. I have also had afternoon tea here on more than one occassion. It is absolutely FABULOUS and since my first visit no other afternoon tea can compare in QUALITY and PRICE. Abi, Jack and Sophie are the friendliest people on the high street, always remember me and usually have my drink ready before I have even... More

Can't believe in this day and age they don't have decaf coffee available - really wanted to give it a try as it looked nice but I am alergic to caffeine so was a no non!
