lovely Afternoon Tea

Came here recently for afternoon tea with friends. Great selection of cakes and sandwhiches. Staff very friendly. We had unlimited coffee/teas etc with our afternoon tea package. They have a great selection, spoilt for choice. We all left full up! Will return in the future!

This location is on the main street in Rochester and looks quite bijou but the place does extend far back from its entrance. The place does coffees (a reasonable variety), drinking chocolates, teas and snacks (cakes, scones etc). It is comfortable (along it's really set up for groups of around four). The service is friendly and helpful and the toilet... More

The place looked very cosy from outside and thats why we didn't even look around and went here straight after leaving the cathedral from its side exit. Unfortunately the place wasn't so warm inside - because of the open door it was bit cold inside and the service was efficient. We picked the table in the back of the cafe... More

Great location, opposite the cathedral. The atmosphere isn't the most exciting due to a rather unspectacular interior with black leather seats in an old half-timbered place. That being said, the sofas were cozy enough and the friendly young team made up for it by serving a fresh and tasty afternoon tea at a reasonable price (and the £5 extra pP for... Just got back from having a coffee and couldn't wait too write a review... Me and my wife wanted to try a new shop in the high street and this one looked very nice. We arrived just as the croissants came out the oven which was great ! We are big coffee lovers and both had a Cappuccino, the foam... More

Love this place - excellent coffee, great snacks, splendid service. Families having cream teas, business people bashing away at their laptops, friends sharing a coffee or me sitting quietly with a book - it's all there.

Four of us popped in here on a Saturday lunch time. Not too busy. Services was fast & helpful. Sandwiches were well filled, panini really tasty. Two of us had to opt for the ploughmans as there were no gluten free options on the menu. We were given extra ham/Brie to make up for the lack of bread which was... More
