Best chips ever

My Mother and I had a lunch here last week, it was a lovely meal. I had Ham eggs and chips, it was lovely ham lovely and tender and the chips perfection, chrispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. A little bit expensive but very nice, worth a visit.

I visited this little pub on Saturday 21st March 2015 with my wife after a thoroughly enjoyable visit to Upnor Castle, almost next door. The Tudor Rose is fairly small but still has a delightful restaurant area and a quaint small bar that welcomes you as you enter. The staffs were very friendly and happy to engage in conversation about... More

My partner and I attend the pub on mothering Sunday with our son and parents. The staff were very accommodating, attentive and polite. The food was brilliant and there was a homely atmosphere. Their beer selection was even more impressive. We will defiantly return. Thank you, Darren & Kalina

The wife and I have been out 3 times for Sundays Dinner, in the last three weeks, first we went to the King Ethelbert Inn at Reculver Kent, we had Roast Beef and all the trimmings, paid £5,95. Thin slices of Beef, but good value for what we got plus good service. Next we went to The Lamb at Rusper... More
