small and cosy, basic and busy. set menu .very reasonably priced, with friendly service and hot ,tasty, freshly cooked food, the premises are not licenced so you have to take your own drinks. however, there is an off-licence opposite so not a problem. i've been several times and have never been disappointed- it's a gem!

What a little gem of a place! Real homely restaurant, small and buzzing with atmosphere when we went to dine with friends. We had the set menu where they brought various dishes to the table, and it was great food and friendly helpful staff. Its bring your own drinks too, which works really well. Well worth a visit, give it... More

Eaten here on many occasions and it has always been excellent. It is a small restaurant but the saying is true that good things come in small packages Great food, great service well done.

There was only one other table for 2 while we were there late that Saturday evening and the food was ok for the price. The restaurant isnt licenced but... More

Visited for the first time in years and I'm now kicking myself for not being a regular visitor! We had a (huge) mixed starter platter between the four of us, followed by 4 main dishes, pay Thai and egg fried rice. The food was excellent, without exception and the meal came to less than £50. Da's is a BYOB -... More

Can't understand all the good reviews of this place. We had a takeaway from here once and it was grim.

Visited Da' on Saturday evening, we had to book in advance as it was Folk Week in Broadstairs. The restaurant is small but clean and tidy. The food, we were advised by the owner to have a mixed starter and then have different dishes for our main course. The starters were really good, - the prawns in batter are fantastic... More
