Very friendly staff. Catered for my wife who is a vegetarian. Seafood was excellent. Child friendly also. Would recommend the tannery any day.

We have 6 visitors from around the world and they had a fantastic night. The flavour and variety of the food was excellent. The staff interacted with us in a fun, helpful way. Despite the restaurant being busy, we never felt that they were not paying attention to the food or us!

Food was excellent, thought it was a bit expensive. Traveling alone, I like to sit at the bar, no bar here, just wine bar. If traveling alone, get a table here.

Husband and I had an early evening dinner (6pm) night before Sean Kelly Tour of Waterford. Food and service were both fantastic. Bonus was we were able to avail of an early bird menu, but couldn't resist deviating.... Everything was wonderful. And the Sean Kelly Tour was great fun too!

We availed of the "Tuesday industry night" special offer, dinner, B&B for €85. This included any 3 courses from the a la carte with no supplements( pleasant surprise) would happily have eaten anything on the menu, chose woodpidgeon, followed by wild salmon, then cheese, port & coffee to finish. My wife is still talking about her starter of potato tortellini... More

The food was something special and the service was excellent - friendly but not intrusive. They looked after my gluten-free needs superbly also. However, we cut our meal short and left before dessert because we were absolutely boiling hot in the restaurant. I was so uncomfortable in the heat that I couldn't eat any more or stay another minute, which... More
