We were recommended to eat her by our hotel. We went for lunch and the meal was so good we returned for dinner. Had the BEST mushroom soup of my life and excellent pasta. All very good prices and friendly service. Would return in a heartbeat!

It´s a very cosy and simple place with good homemade style food! Dishes are simple, but flavours are great! Good wine for a nice price! Staff is very attentive! A place to eat well without expanding a lot!

I have been here on several occasions before and have always liked this restaurant. The food is traditional Tuscan fare and is very good. We came in at the end of the lunch service due to difficulties checking in at our hotel and they were kind enough to serve us anyway. Highly recommended for a reasonably priced meal in Montalcino.

We ate at this restaurant the first night in Montalcino because it was located just down the street from our apartment at Il Barlanzone (next to the fortress). The food was excellent; the menu featuring local cusine and wine. Service was very friendly and efficient. It was so good that we returned the next night for another dinner and again... More

Pinci al Aglione is the simplest, but I find the best in town. The braised boar and white beans sounds boring but has great flavor. I like this place for its food. Atmosphere is okay.

We had dinner there twice. The servers and owner were very nice to us. The food and wine were amazing. The pici pasta the best I had in the area.

The food overall was pretty good but the service was moody, unattentive and basically threw everything on the table. The salad, soup, contornis and main entree arrived all at once. Is this Italy or a diner in Georgia? Not the kind of meal I sat down for or expected.

This highly recommended restaurant failed to deliver on all counts. The service was bizarre with mains arriving with starters and the food barely average.

Great little Osteria. Try the perfect Pici with tomato and garlic souce. The grilled veggies are very tasteful. It is so good, we went twice for lunch. The location is in the beautiful historical center, parking is near. Very authentic.
