Thanks to the passion, perseverence and the complete dedication from Salvatore Criscuolo, better known as "O Capo" and his lovely unforgotten wife Teresa, the Polisportiva, renamed in "Le Bonta del Capo" is today one of the most popular and appreciated restaurants on the Amalfi Coast. Located in a privileged position, the location appears to be disputed between the intensiv blue of the sea and the brightness of the sky, nestled between lush harmonies of terraced olive groves, vineyards and lemontrees. On the terrace of Donna Teresa, where you have during the sunset the unique feeling to be untited with the horizon, where a deep red paint the nearby island of "Li Galli", directly in front of the "Faraglioni" of the flirtatious Capri, here you will find you enjoying the delicious regional cuisine accompanied by the finest wines of the coast of Amalfi and Sorrento. The timeless pizza contribute to give you a greater sense of being welcome and of the hospitality of Naples. As a reward for your appearance, you will be certainly attracted by the nearby "Punta Vreca", a breathtaking viewpoint in form of a ship overtopped with the tower "Capo del Conca", a natural ancient harbour, a defense post with vice-regal watchtower, designed to curb the invasions of the pirates from the seaside. Surely you do not pass unnoticed a quiet harmonious way in the nearby of the restaurant, which is called "Cinque Essence", meaning for San Alfonso Maria de' Liguori, who named this way during his walks from the monastery Santa Rosa. The monastery is a holy place and the birthplace of the famous and popular puff pastry cake Santarosa. Surrounded by olive, carob, pomegranate, grapes and lemon the bishop was inspired to call it "Cinque Essence". For those who love the sport, there is above the restaurant the possibility to use one of the two multi-purpose courts with artifical turf for football, tennis or volleyball. Also with a playground and entertainment games for the smaller of us. We are waiting for you, here in Conca dei Marini, where we have "In each window the sun and out each window the sea.

Excellent, but!

Had numerous meals here on a recent holiday. It's a fantastic setting, top quality food and the staff are friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Antonio. One criticism (constructive) please bring the toilets up the standard of this quality establishment.

We stayed 3 weeks in Conca dei Marini and visited this great restaurant almost every day. The view is amazing, food is very good, best prices and very caring service. Twice a week in the evening (wednesday and sunday) they have live music. Sometimes it turned to a big party, guests and service staff danced, it was great! Pina, Antonio... More

We have been coming to this restaurant for about 16 years and have seen it grow from a little local pizzeria to a wonderful, full service restaurant. What hasn't changed is the warm welcome, prompt service and excellent food! Fiorenzo runs a top kitchen and Pina and Antonio manage the floor staff like conductors of an orchestra, everything works well!... More

It had been a long day. We Somewhat foolishly decided on a very long climb from our hotel up to the "real" Conca dei Marini to see if we could find a place where the locals go to eat. By the time we arrived we were very, very hot and bothered (and not in a nice way). At Le Bontà... More

A week ago a friend and I went to Conca del Marini for a one-week vacation (staying in Locanda Degli Agrumi). Conca dei Marini is a really small city where everbody knows everybody. At first we thought we were going to be far away from everything but that was the stupidest thing to think. We literally felt in love with... More

This place was recommended by our tour guide. We had Caprese and Ravioli which was outstanding. The service was impeccable. The atmosphere was very conducive to the absolutely beautiful seaview. We definitely would make it a point to visit this beautiful Amalfi Coast restaurant again. John and Marilyn San Diego California
