Description: Thanks to the passion, perseverence and the complete dedication from Salvatore Criscuolo, better known as "O Capo" and his lovely unforgotten wife Teresa, the Polisportiva, renamed in "Le Bonta del Capo" is today one of the most popular and appreciated restaurants on the Amalfi Coast. Located in a privileged position, the location appears to be disputed between the intensiv blue of the sea and the brightness of the sky, nestled between lush harmonies of terraced olive groves, vineyards and lemontrees. On the terrace of Donna Teresa, where you have during the sunset the unique feeling to be untited with the horizon, where a deep red paint the nearby island of "Li Galli", directly in front of the "Faraglioni" of the flirtatious Capri, here you will find you enjoying the delicious regional cuisine accompanied by the finest wines of the coast of Amalfi and Sorrento. The timeless pizza contribute to give you a greater sense of being welcome and of the hospitality of Naples. As a reward for your appearance, you will be certainly attracted by the nearby "Punta Vreca", a breathtaking viewpoint in form of a ship overtopped with the tower "Capo del Conca", a natural ancient harbour, a defense post with vice-regal watchtower, designed to curb the invasions of the pirates from the seaside. Surely you do not pass unnoticed a quiet harmonious way in the nearby of the restaurant, which is called "Cinque Essence", meaning for San Alfonso Maria de' Liguori, who named this way during his walks from the monastery Santa Rosa. The monastery is a holy place and the birthplace of the famous and popular puff pastry cake Santarosa. Surrounded by olive, carob, pomegranate, grapes and lemon the bishop was inspired to call it "Cinque Essence". For those who love the sport, there is above the restaurant the possibility to use one of the two multi-purpose courts with artifical turf for football, tennis or volleyball. Also with a playground and entertainment games for the smaller of us. We are waiting for you, here in Conca dei Marini, where we have "In each window the sun and out each window the sea.

We were on full day tour of the area and our driver/tour guide suggested Le Bonta del Capo for lunch. Glad we went with his suggestion. After an interesting ride up the mountain we were treated to an abundance of good food served by a very accommodating staff. Made us feel like welcome guests not just another group of customers.... We were fortunate that our driver recommended this restaurant. It was wonderful! The food was great and the view outstanding. The day was sunny and we just sat on the terrace looking out onto the sea enjoy the view. It was close to the end of the seas so Chef Fiore came out to talk with us and even brought... More

Ate here last night. Great shuttle service to and from our hotel. We had a wonderful meal, fresh, local and superb flavour. Fabulous local wine to accompany. Charming service from head waiter and a demo for making limoncello by our table. Excellent value. Highly recommended

My husband and I liked this restaurant so much that we went 3 of the 4 nights that we stayed at the Amalfi Coast. Quality food at reasonable prices. The service was amazing. Our very friendly, professional and nice waiter even gave us a bottle of Lemon liquor on our last night. They also provided free shuttle service back and... More

Very nice place with stunning views on a terrace high above the sea. Located outside the village but have a shuttle service to nearby hotels, or walk on the quiet country lanes. Good food and delicious pizza at very reasonable prices!

On visiting this beautiful area of Italy recently, my wife and I dined here on two separate occasions - once for dinner and once for lunch. We were not disappointed by the food or the service on either visit. The restaurant is situated way above the bay, perched atop the rocks in the village of Conca dei Marini. In fact,... More

We ate here several times during our week in Conca Dei Marini. The place is lovely and the food was all good. The grilled local fish was excellent and the pizza was the best we had in Italy. We only had room for dessert once but the two we tried were delicious. The complimentary limoncello was a nice touch. The... More

We enjoyed six wonderful dinners at this scenic family run restaurant perched above the Amalfi coastline. Menu is diverse. The pasta and seafood were excellent. Service was good. Value impressive…a huge wood fired pizza could be enjoyed for as little as 4 euros!!!! If you plan to dine after 8, reservations may be needed.
