Thanks to the passion, perseverence and the complete dedication from Salvatore Criscuolo, better known as "O Capo" and his lovely unforgotten wife Teresa, the Polisportiva, renamed in "Le Bonta del Capo" is today one of the most popular and appreciated restaurants on the Amalfi Coast. Located in a privileged position, the location appears to be disputed between the intensiv blue of the sea and the brightness of the sky, nestled between lush harmonies of terraced olive groves, vineyards and lemontrees. On the terrace of Donna Teresa, where you have during the sunset the unique feeling to be untited with the horizon, where a deep red paint the nearby island of "Li Galli", directly in front of the "Faraglioni" of the flirtatious Capri, here you will find you enjoying the delicious regional cuisine accompanied by the finest wines of the coast of Amalfi and Sorrento. The timeless pizza contribute to give you a greater sense of being welcome and of the hospitality of Naples. As a reward for your appearance, you will be certainly attracted by the nearby "Punta Vreca", a breathtaking viewpoint in form of a ship overtopped with the tower "Capo del Conca", a natural ancient harbour, a defense post with vice-regal watchtower, designed to curb the invasions of the pirates from the seaside. Surely you do not pass unnoticed a quiet harmonious way in the nearby of the restaurant, which is called "Cinque Essence", meaning for San Alfonso Maria de' Liguori, who named this way during his walks from the monastery Santa Rosa. The monastery is a holy place and the birthplace of the famous and popular puff pastry cake Santarosa. Surrounded by olive, carob, pomegranate, grapes and lemon the bishop was inspired to call it "Cinque Essence". For those who love the sport, there is above the restaurant the possibility to use one of the two multi-purpose courts with artifical turf for football, tennis or volleyball. Also with a playground and entertainment games for the smaller of us. We are waiting for you, here in Conca dei Marini, where we have "In each window the sun and out each window the sea.

My wife and I stayed just down the road from Le Bonta del Capo and visited here 6 out of 9 of our nights as it was so good. Antonio, Pepe and all the staff were extremely helpful and professional. The restaurant has the most amazing views of the bay. The menu is fairly extensive with a good range of... More

An excellent restaurant with loads of choice on the menu, a great atmosphere, extremely accommodating staff and a free shuttle service to hotels in the area. What could be better?

The food was good, they used a lot of time, and we had to order twice from different people. They offer a free shuttle service. At the end of the night, one of the servers drove us home to our hotel.

We absolutely loved this place. The food was incredible and the value was too. And they picked us up in Amalfi and shuttled us back and forth to this gorgeous spot high on the mountain in Conca dei Marini. The pizza dough breadsticks were great and served warm! The eggplant parmigiana was among the best of a life time. The... More

We met the Chef, Fiorenze, who made us feel like family. The wait staff is attentive and the dishes are ample and delicious. The side dishes, mixed salad and eggplant, etc., are only three euros apiece for the most part and the eggplant with cheese is just wonderful, could make a meal of it. Local grilled fish and pasta homemade.... More

Great food & good service. We stayed a week in the area & went there nearly every day. The pizzas, salads, pasta dishes were all delicious. The view is spectacular. The four of us enjoyed ourselves at every meal we were there for.

We ate here two nights in a row while staying in Conca dei Marini. Since my husband and I are not much into seafood, we did not try that part of the menu but the pasta and pizzas were fantastic! The service was good too and seemed like a nice family, local restaurant that also had tourists.

This place we visited through exploring the area on foot the other day, yes we climbed the steps from the Amalfi Coast road to the town.
