We found this restaurant from a review in Lonely Planet and were blown away by the excellent meal we had. My son had the Yellow Fin Tuna, my husband the seared tuna with wasabi and I the lobster. The taste was out of this world and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. We went back for our last... More

Gyros plate was big but some of the meat was cold and "wet". Service was quick and ok but nothing special. Restaurant is in the middle of Mandraki port. The man who called us to the restaurant said that food is the best which we didn't agree.

Wrong restaurant! You are referring to the tourist restaurant in Mandraki market. We are located in the Old Town and strictly seafood! Thx! More

At the recommendation of a local person we had dinner there. The food was very fresh and tasty. Neither of us got sick compare to reviews from other restaurants. We shared octopus salad, greek salad, eggplant salad and grilled seafood combination. The restaurant had music, was lively and every table occupied. Based on the good experience we went back a... this restaurant is so good I went on consecutive nights. Everything was fresh and so delicious. I ordered the clams and scallops twice. The setting is beautiful, under vines and branches and the whole staff are friendly and attentive. The house rosé wine was fabulous, especially with the fried aubergines. Order the spicy cheese for something really special, followed by... More

Did a google search to find a decent place to eat in Rhodes town and we were certainly not disappointed. We had plenty of good food, attentive and friendly but not intrusive service. I had the best tuna steak I've ever had followed by the best tiramisu I've ever had. We had to re visit and I highly recommend this... More

Lonely Planet guided us to the Nireas Restaurant and we weren't disappointed. The restaurant has a nice ambiente and is in a calm area, which is sparse in Rhodos City. We can recommend the prawns and the scallops. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would defintely come back to the Nireas when visiting Rhodos again.

We have dined two times in this fantastic restaurant. This is a family restaurant and a little bit far from the crawded old town restaurants. The food are very well prepared and served. The staff are very helpfull and kind. The atmosphere is fantastic. There are lots of cats, a Jasemine tree and nice people at Nireas. Symi style shrimps,... More
