Lovely Place, horrible staff.

A really lovely restaurant, nice, charming and good food! However, we found the waiters quite "rude" he tended to ignore us and had an passive-aggressive attitude. we came to this place for lunch, first it took a while for the menu, then after ordering, we waited a good 20 minutes ++ for the food... read more

15.03.2015 Me and my wife visited this restaurant in Rhodes town. Very friendly staff and nice setting and atmosphere. Reasonable prices and good location. Aubergine salat needs some garlic i guess :)

This place was the best restaurant we've been to during our 4 days stay in the island of Rhodes. It was also the most popular! Many restaurants were closed and the ones opened were having just a few tables with people. Koukos was full and seemed to be popular with locals too. We've chosen several dishes from the menu, some... More

We stayed in an apartment near by and regularly went to Koukos to pick up fresh Spanokopita and also some of the best apple pies I have eaten , great food and prices .

I live in Athens and eat at tavernas all the time, especially those that serve "magerefta" or cooked traditional meals. This bakery / taverna has a fun decor and attentive staff, and though the food was well priced and inexpensive, it was average. I would definitely go again, and perhaps order differently.

Located on the lively pedestrian street of Mandilara, we enjoyed the outdoor seating as there was lots of activity on this street. This restaurant is bigger than what it looks like with lots of cozy little rooms and a unique Mediterranean decor. Great as a pit stop for coffee or if time permits, try some delicious Greek cuisine. Affordable prices... More

Koykos is one of those great quirky places that satisfy your craving to eat delicious local food with the locals. Spread over several small cozy rooms, the menu is more about good Greek home cooking than the typical souvlaki, moussaka offering. The large number of native Rhodians eating here is testament to its value and quality. We ate here twice... More
