A great restaurant. Mario and his staff go out of the way to make you feel welcome. The food is excellent and if you are unsure what to order the staff will help. Go for the Greek dishes and you cant go wrong. The cats are not a problem as long as you dont throw them any food!

Marios is down by the harbour in Faliraki, which on a really hot night there is a lovely breeze. Food is good and the fish is very fresh. One drawback though is if you don't like cats then this is not the place for you as on the night we went there were 8 walking between the tables. Mario appologised... More

My boyfriend and I had dinner at Mario's twice. The first time it was more of a coincidence, as we actually planned on going somewhere else but the waitress was so nice and convincing that we decided to give it a try - and it was worthwhile. We had halloumi, stuffed wineleaves and zucchini-balls (already enough for 2 people :))... More

This restaurant is fab if you want a meal down by the sea. Food was okay and reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and helpful :)

We went there by recommendation of the locals but cannot say that it was something special in food, price, service or quality. The best you can say - it's all undoubtedly fresh, especially seafood; but, for our opinion, chef's job could be more... how to say...noticeable. And the prices are higher than in the similar places around.

We have now visited this restaurant twice in the last 2 years and both times out first drinks didn't arrive within 15 minutes of being ordered. They only arrived after prompting the waitress. After that everything was good. Nice food. Great location but poor service

The bread was totally hard, couldnt eat it. The pork was not grilled enough, pink in the middle! Red wine was cold, came right from the fridge. We will never go there again.

Lovely seafood, big portions and excellent value- the free fruit dessert was really unexpected. Friendly staff. Probably the best food we ate in Faliraki, but that's not hard!! Lovely setting by the harbour at the end of the beach, very peaceful and romantic if that's what you're after ;)

Great welcome by owner. Food great. Try the baked feta cheese. Slightly chaotic service but made up for by quality and quantity of food. Very busy but friendly staff with lots smiles. Not sure if bill was correct as all in Greek but 112 € for 5 adults including plenty of drinks so very good value. Lots stray cats about... More
