This is the best in Chatel. Especially their fixed menus are truly great value and great food. Service outstanding by Kevin!

We spent a lovely evening in this restaurant, the atmosphere inside is very cosy and Savoyard. They only do 1 sitting which is great for enjoying a relaxed evening meal and since its not cheap it's good to take it slow! Everyone loved their food, clean plates all round

Had to get the waiter ourselves, forgot Wine water etc. Food ok but very pricey. Not likely to go back. We were 12 and had hoped this was good business. Other restaurants have far better service.

Eating in French alpine ski resorts almost always involves lashings of cheese, while this was no exception, there were very acceptable alternatives, I started with snails and then had scallops and pasta, nicely cooked and presented. This was from the a la carte menu and cost €27 in total, my wife had the €38 menu, which also avoided lashings of... More

Not sure why others are saying service is poor. Ate dinner here last night, table for 4. Food was delicious, wine reasonable and service good. Would strongly recommend if you have a few euros to blow at the end of your holiday!

This place trades off its kitschy French old farmhouse style and the fact that you will only go there once on your trip. I have been here many times over the years with lots of different people and the menu has never changed. The food is laboured and too complex for the kitchen to handle properly - it is either... Brilliant truffle fondu, but we couldn't get through it all. It's not the cheapest in chatel, but you cold probably guess that from the fact they put truffles in the fondu! Would definitely recommend a trip. Although the same cook be said of everywhere we ate in chatel.

We went and had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant. We took their set options that cost 36 and 45 euros. Each dish was absolutely fabulous!!! Every bite felt special and nothing was wrong. The place is very beautiful and has a lot of Mountain charm to it. There is a superb attention to details of all kinds. We loved... More
