The owners of Casa Mariposa (where we were staying) recommended this restaurant and we were thrilled with it! We ate at Bruschetta's on a Tuesday a few weeks ago while in El Valle de Anton and enjoyed everything about it--in fact, we went back Wednesday night only to find it closed for the night. Bummer! Mario, the owner, has personality-plus... More

We had both dinner and breakfast here, the dinner was just alright, nothing special. The service and the breakfast were not good at all, my coffee was cold and overall service was very bad and slow, and they were not even busy.

This restaurant has some nice things going for it: pleasant outdoor (and indoor) seating, some delicious dishes (the Panamanian style chicken soup is wonderful), and a laid-back vibe. However, it is a bit too laid back when it comes to service. We waited 20 minutes just for water, another 20 for our first course, and it was a full hour... More

Service is not good at all. They are the kind who brings everything at the same time (despite telling them) and therefore takes ages... Food didnt settled too well in our stomachs... But price is low.. So the choice is yours..

We visited El Valle on Sunday, Market Day, so Bruschetta was a busy place. On other days it isn't nearly as crowded. We ordered a couple very good salads! The salads are very filling with lots of fresh toppings. We really liked the outdoor seating so we could relax and have a nice lunch before visiting the other sites.

We've eaten at Brushetta's a number of times during our two month stay in El Valle de Anton. Excellent meals, salad included, and very reasonable prices. Friendly, professional wait staff. Excellent outside dining area.

Went here for dinner one night and breakfast one morning while staying at the hotel. The burger I had was just average. The breakfast was a little better. The prices were reasonable and the service was good.

We have dined here twice this week, and will definitely come back. The ambiance of the restaurant is great, the cook (perhaps owner as well) Mario came out to greet everyone, and the food and wine were very reasonably priced. Do not miss - the bruschetta, and the flan dessert Our salads were quite large (family style - we shared)... More

I went to this restaurant with high expectation. Always crowded, no seats available. Of course we needed to book earlier. We ordered three different main courses: a spaghetti with pesto sauce and shrimp. It was a little better than regular. I ordered a octopus with baked potato. Do not recommend. It was not tasteful. Over cooked. My daughter ordered a... More

My group ate lunch here twice. The food was simple but fresh and reasonably priced. We sat outside on the patio facing the "main" street.....the restaurant appears to be a favorite of the expats who live in El Valle.
