One of the few restaurants with direct-to-beach access and definitely the best cocktails I had in Santa Teresa. Great vibe, helpful staff, big fan!

We could not get service for anything!, sat around for 20 minutes without service, got up and placed order at bar, and then waited for another 15 minutes, still no drinks. Great location, but needs work training staff to be more attentive.

we ate here twice, great sunset location. the food was very good but $160 for dinner for 2 adults and two teens is not a bargain. However the food quality was very good, enough so that we returned for a second dinner.

We walked past Habaneros a number of times and finally decided to go there for dinner. The meal was divine, the presentation was stunning, and the service was impeccable. More expensive than most restauarants in Costa Rica, but still a great bargain compared to North American restaurants. And well worth it!

Habaneros is located by the beach in Santa Teresa (ST). Not very many restaurant located with close proximity to the beach. They serve a few great tasting fresh fish dishes, ceviche among others. Really good tacos and mexican food. However we where a bit unlucky with the staff that messed up and kept us waiting for ages to get our table - Book ahead to be on the safe side.

The place is lovely, good ambient, good food, good service, but to bad that they don't follow the "ley anti tabaco 9028" Costarican laws and regulations. I had two tables around with people smoking so I had to leave with an asthma crisis, too bad!!! They should be sanction!!!
