I think you should ignore the review below as it is actually standard of ALL costa rican restaurants to include tax and tip in their bill. This is a wonderful cafe with great food and honestly the BEST coffee in Santa Teresa. Also, all of the restaurants are on the side of a fairly busy road, that's just the way... More

While staying in Santa Teresa I think we had breakfast here 6 out of 7 days on our trip. The servers are quick & friendly. All of the coffee drinks were very good. My favorite thing though, was the breakfast burrito. All the normal fixings along with refried beans, guacamole, & a tasty habanero sauce. A winner for sure!

Very friendly service and welcoming staff. Both times we have visited the cafe we simply had croissants, sandwiches and coffee. The lattes were the best we have had in Costa Rica so far. The croissant was good and the sandwiches plain but okay.

I have been to Sta Teresa a number of times, can't believe this is the first time I ate here. Breakfast is good, generous portions. Definitely on the list... More

My husband and I went here for lunch one day (not knowing it's known for breakfast) and thought it was great. Waitress Mayli said the sandwiches were delicious (I was sort of bummed by this because I wanted a specific recommendation at the time) and they were soooo delicious! We got the veggie sandwich and the turkey ham avocado which... More

Terrible breakfast. Good attention but the food is really not good at all. Sorry but I had to be honest.
