Oh, I might forever dream of hudutu, until I can make my way back to Belize anyway. We ate at Innie's on the last night of our stay and only wished we had discovered this restaurant sooner. The guys serving us were super friendly and the food was divine. The Hudutu is sauteed fish plopped into a lovely broth with... More

I know Innie's from previous visits and it was always good, but know the service is bad and the food is not so good anymore and more expensive, its just simple local food! The cleanliness is poor, especially in the toilet! For food and drinks you wait forever, even if not much is going on! It is definitely not more... More

Very good local fair for dinner, sort of standard "American" fair for lunch, though the fried fish is really just that... a whole (gutted and skinned) fried fish. And do yourself a favor and skip the french fries and get the plantain chips!

We ate outside because the music was very loud. Unfortunately, the table was close to the dusty potholed road and periodic canine guests. Food was OK and reasonable in price.

I was looking forward to eating at Innies on our recent trip to Hopkins. It was all I could talk about for weeks leading up to the trip. My husband had the fish tea, which just might be the best soup I have ever experienced and my bundigia was amazing. If you are in Hopkins and you don't stop at... More

This is a local casual roadside restaurant offering a variety of dishes but the real reason to go is to experience the belizean dish hudut, which is fish in a mild curry type gravy served with a sort of plantain based dumpling and cassava bread. It is cooked fresh here to order, very delicious, filling and cheap

We ate here twice and enjoyed both breakfast and lunch. The local dishes and drinks were freshly made to order and inexpensive. Should not miss it when you are in Hopkins.

We had lunch at Innie's. One of the best fish burgers ever. All these local spots are wonderful. Don't let the exterior fool you- they are great cooks!

Innies is a fabulous restaurant, but ALSO has rooms up at the top which are brilliant, very clean with all amenities (fridge etc) and a PANORAMIC view and hammocks in the breeze. Really one of the best and so cheap $65 bz a night for two! masses of water, excellent. lus the fantastic restaurant underneath with delicious garufino food, YES

We had lunch and dinner at Innies and enjoyed both. We had fish sandwiches for lunch which were very tasty and the hudut for dinner. Hudut is a traditional dish of fish in coconut curry broth served with a dumpling of mashed plantain and cassava. I think they may have taken the heads off for us as this is usually... More
