We popped into this place after a day at the national park (just up the road) Super freshly prepared juices which we enjoyed with a tasting platter featuring Thai fish cakes, spring rolls etc. Absolutely delicious!! The setting is up a steep hill adjacent to the spice garden attraction. We noticed they have a cookery school at the same place.... More

Excellent authentic Thai food at a fair price. Just a short drive from the tacky strip of Ferringhi Beach, the setting is a relaxing garden with a great view. Might even go back tomorrow to try the rest of the menu. Kid friendly options too.

Thai food was good! Pandan chicken and green curry beef are must trys. Food is a bit pricey though and no pets allowed. English speaking staffs

Really one of the best places in Penang to eat. Fantastic scenery, very good Thai food and a very nice and child-friendly service staff. Try their spice coffee and spice tea. However not the cheapest place.

A good place to recommend for both view and food! And the concept of offering the food in bite size to share is an excellent idea. Tom kha was fabulous! And their cocktail were excellent!

Love enjoying good food under that big, old tree; unhurriedly sipping the healthy lemon grass tea or spiced drinks, or simply drifting into the calming sound and movement of the waves in a beach across? Climb up the Tree....Monkey :) Tip: If you're not a sweet tooth, don't forget to inform not to mix condensed milk with your spiced drinks.

We had been told that we must visit the Tropical Spice Garden but so far had not got there so on this evening decided to visit the restaurant on the property called Tree Monkeys. It is out of the tourist area on Batu Ferringhi and will cost about RM15 by taxi. Although it is out on its own when the... More

It is great place on the West side of Penang Island. Sit with a refreshing drink ( Lemongrass with ginger - cold) and spend an evening watching the sun set. You will surely end up writing a poem; the view of the sea and the lush green trees surrounding you can detoxify your mind and body in one visit.

Good food, mostly Thai dishes. Had the Pandan chicken and the deep fried spring rolls- both good and the spice coffee was interesting. Great place to chill after a busy walk.
