Had an outstanding italian meal, I had a seafood pasta and my partner a pasta, couldn't recommend them more, very enjoyable
The place was recommended as being run by Italians, but any Italian would have been ashamed by the pasta. It was the blandest seafood pasta we have ever tasted, so bad we just sent it back. The waitress was nice and apologised, but then the manageress/owner came over to tell us we were wrong. When asked if the chef had... More
We ate here 4-5 times on our 6 day trip to Holbox. They have the best home made pasta. My son LOVED their gnocci so much, he asked the chef for the recipe so I can make it for him at home. The chef is so nice he chatted with us and gave us the recipe. Pizzas are the best... More
We were the only ones at 6:00pm. The service was good and fast enough; we surely had to ask twice for the salt and the "salsas" (it can happen anywhere). The pizza was good, not excellent, but better that other places on the island. The salad was also tasty with nice Italian flavors. We did NOT like that the tip... More
This charming little place on the square had by far the best pizza! We came multiple times because their pasta and pizza were so good. All made in house. The Lobster pizza, margerita and El Diablo were all wonderful! We loved sitting on the street front terrace. There is also a wonderful little gelato stand right across the street for... More
We ate some pasta which was quite good, they didn't have pizza that particular day. The chef is italian, and he does the simple italian food you'd eat at home. Nothing spectacular but satisfying and tasty. The service seemed a bit overwhelmed with only 4 tables occupied... but they were smiling at all times. We payed 600 pesos for a... More
place is nice and well located, right in the zocalo. Food is good, we had salads and pizza; everything is good except for the service; too slow and you have to ask twice for everything.
Attention at this restaurant is poor compared to other Holbox places.Pizzas are made with good quality ingredients but nothing exceptional.Overall attention Is good but the staff is not efficient, they forgot to order one of our family member's main course and since the kitchen is slow we have to skip that dish. Then we asked for a créme bruleé and we got... If you want poor/indifferent service, ok (but nothing special) food, an obligatory 10% tip added to your bill (which is totally illegal), and a manager with a dreadful client service attitude, then this is the place for you. However, I would recommend going somewhere (anywhere!) else.
We thought this restaurant was great. When you are in need of something other than tacos, this is a very good italian restaurant. It has a good location right on the central square and some of the tables are out a bit, so you get a decent breeze. We had a small appetizer pizza and then entrees and all good... More
