They bake all the cakes on the premises! And really nice they are too. Liked the look of this place from the street. You can sit in the front of the cafe near the street or go through to the back where there are more seats in a covered courtyard. The staff were very pleasant and answered our questions about... Heard a lot of positive things about that place only to be disappointed. Waited over 10min to see the server for the first time... but good food. Way understaffed though. A bit on the pricey side.

Great restaurant, nice, comfortable. Really accommodating waiters, amazing salsas and warm bread take this restaurant one step further. As a bonus the wine recommended by the staff was not expensive and delicious. Don't leave without trying the amazing milky way cake!

Stopped in for lunch one day. We were the only diners in the outdoor eating area. Food was excellent and very reasonable.

My family and I went on a day trip to Tepoztlan while vacationing in Cuernavaca. We had lunch at El Brujo. Very clean restaurant and bathrooms, the food was excellent and the cost was very reasonable. After being seated they brought baskets of fresh multi grain bread with little dishes of homemade garlic butter...sooooo good!!!! My Mom and I had... More

I had breakfast at El Brujo a week or so ago and enjoyed the experience so much I felt compelled to review the place! The food is just really really good, nothing especially fancy, but definitely more imaginative than the average Mexican menu, and I welcomed the chance. The choice of breakfast foods is impressive, I chose the omelette filled... More

Brand new restaurant, great food at very reasonable prices. Ask for their smoked rainbow trout croissant, it is extraordinary. Kindly manage under a friendly bilingual administration. Excellent location where you can enjoy this little town. You can go from breakfast to dinner enjoying their local and international menu.

El Brujo just opened, and is one of the few places open 7 days a week from Breakfast through dinner and late night dessert. Tepoztlan has hordes of visitors from Mexico City and beyond from Thurs-Sun. But on Mon and Tues many places are closed. El Brujo was a great experience due to the bi-lingual staff and owner, with a... More
