A Lovely Oasis With Amazing Pastries!

We happened upon this place while we were driving by, and boy are we glad we did! The house is ADORABLE and the lady who runs it is the sweetest person ever. We ordered rhubard pie, scones, tea, raspberry cordial, and absolutely enjoyed every bite. The house is lovingly cared for and decorated... read more

This was a very cute and quaint little spot. I was really excited As I had not been to a tea room before. My mom got the Japanese tea and found it lovely. Not as upscale on the food as expected but it was tasty. Wish the tea was not the bag type.

If you happen to be fortunate enough to visit beautiful Prince Edward Island and are within a 100 mile radius of the Blue Winds Tea Room, then you must make a stop there. The chocolate raspberry cake alone is worth the trip! This scrumptious cake and all the desserts are made from scratch. The New Moon Pudding, a light lemony... More

The Japanese lady who owns Blue Winds came to Prince Edward Island because of her passion for the books of LMMontgomery ... Anne of Green Gables etc. this is the place for an old fashioned afternoon tea or light lunch, a place to try out some of Lucy Maud's own recipes. A delightful location in a charming 19th century PEI... More

This is a lovely island place, with a charming blend of Japanese and Canadian food and atmosphere. I have been fortunate enough to lunch there three times now, with family and friends.

We discovered this lovely tea room by accident while driving around looking for just that - a quiet place to have homemade scones, cream and jam, homemade fruit cake and tea made to my liking. We had a wonderful chat with the owner and admired her 3-d sculptures. I gather the soup and lunches are also wonderful - unfortunately we... More

Since my daughter was tiny, her birthday has not been celebrated till be visit the Blue Winds for lunch. The atmosphere is lovely, service is gracious and the food is lovely. The heart shaped oak cakes with the bill are the final special touch. We feel a bit like Alice in Wonderland as we enter the lovely garden... simply a... More

I don't know how we've missed this little gem all these years. A wonderful and charming setting for delicious food and gracious hospitality. This is the sort of place where you can take a deep breath, enjoy your tea, have a quiet conversation, and appreciate the lush flora & fauna. This is exactly the type of place that helps keep...
