Zias is located in a beautiful heritage building in quaint small town Summerland. We offer a diverse menu with affordable options for everyone. We are more family than foodie and offer comfort and fine dining. We are set up to accommodate groups up to 50 with plate service, call for large party menus. Zias has live piano on the weekends when available. We have a fireplace in the winter and a patio in the summer.

Arrived in Summerland, BC late Thursday night (surprise visit for family in Summerland) and getting together for dinner Friday night. I needed a restaurant that could accommodate 15 people (adults and children) for dinner. Zias was recommended by the hotel we were staying in and they didn't disappoint. We got a "private area" of the restaurant that had a door... More

Tried Zias for lunch, enjoyed it so much three of the four of us returned for dinner! Portions were very generous. We were in town for a family reunion and others tried & enjoyed Zias as well.

I still can't believe how little I paid for a great meal in this lovely restaurant. As part of a large group we were given a "fixed" menu with three choices of entree: New York steak, chicken or salmon. Each 8-person table was brought two plates of delicious appetizers before the entrees arrived, and then a delicious dessert afterwards plus... More

Entering, we thought, this is a great restaurant, but we are not into 'high end' tonight -- should we stay! We're glad we did. We chose the 'Chef's Selection'. It was a massive platter of several entrees, each one very well prepared and delicious! Great value and wonderful variety of flavours.

The building is beautiful and interesting, and it's probably one of the local hot spots for lunch, but my husband and I found the food average at best. My soup was fine, but the shrimp over rice was relatively flavorless. My husband felt the same about his pasta. The wine choices are also pretty limited, surprising for the area given... More

Absolutely wonderful as usual. Excellent food and great service. Deep fried cheese is the best. Keep up the great work

Our B&B owner made reservations for our 10th anniversary. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I recall reading a previous review regarding small portions. That certainly wasn't the case with our dinner. My husband loved the french onion soup and there were 5 different vegetables on my dish all cooked perfectly.

Everything we ordered (almost all the appetizers) was excellent and the prices are very reasonable. The menu is quite extensive too so everyone should be able to find something they like. I would recommend if you are in the area.

Visiting Summerland with relatives, and had a wonderful meal. Our party had seafood and all was superb. One of the best meals I have had in 6 months! Make sure you make reservations as great restaurants are very busy

We recently celebrated my birthday here - excellent food as always. Especially like the veggies - a nice variety and prepared very well. Good value - lots of quality food for the price.
