Zias is located in a beautiful heritage building in quaint small town Summerland. We offer a diverse menu with affordable options for everyone. We are more family than foodie and offer comfort and fine dining. We are set up to accommodate groups up to 50 with plate service, call for large party menus. Zias has live piano on the weekends when available. We have a fireplace in the winter and a patio in the summer.

We arrived at noon on a Thurs. There were 16 of us in the group. We had made reservations for twelve but the hostess quickly fitted in the extra four. The waitress was quick and proficient. The menu was very expansive with many choices. This was my first time here and our lunch was great. The restaurant is fairly large... More

We love the food and the host service is great, however the fountain pop has been flat since this past summer. If you intend on drinking a pop, bring your own canned pop as the owner is obviously too cheap to fix the fountain pop machine. (This being our third time visiting Zias since the summer.) Concrete steps were also... More

Tickled by this place in every way. Great food quality and reasonable prices. Kinda felt like i went on a holiday in my own neck of the woods. Don't delay....get YOURSELF a holiday and visit this storehouse known as Zia's own! You won't regret it.

Unlike some, I don't go to a restaurant being concerned about the decor, I'm paying money for the food and we were impressed. Everything was cooked perfectly and came out in a timely manner. The staff was friendly, though our waiter was a bit on the slow side. The decor is dated but has a "family" feel, photos and antiques,... More

The interior decor is somewhat to be desired. A mish mash of stuff. It was clean, the service was good, the dessert (chocolate molten cake) was fabulous, the dinner itself was ok. Not highly recommended. I've been to worse......

Took my mother for her birthday and was very happy with everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful, great menu with very reasonable prices. The restaurant is a great older converted house so the tables were broken up into smaller rooms which kept the background noise down all except for the live piano which was excellent. The serving sizes... More

Super dated decor (we're talking peach, turquoise, and an abundance of fake flowers and plants). So-so service. Very mediocre food. For some unknown reason, it's very popular. Pass.
